Keep in mind that Hossa has already made over $40 million in his career, and he's 30 years old now. Maybe he's willing to take less just to retire with a solid team that has a legit shot at the cup year after year...we'll just have to see what happens.

Waiting till June 5th for the next round to start might be good for the players, but it sucks for the fans and for the league trying to keep people interested over the next 9 days for a potential rematch of last year.

Linesman should not have the ability to throw a game. One of these days the NHL will realize that if they want to compete with the NFL, NBA and MLB they're going to have to develop some sort of consistent officiating practices.

This was a totally clean hit, there was no elbow, and Chicago doesn't have the talent to win this series so they can cry all they want. Havlat got ******* rocked and that's all there is to it.

There was a waiting list in the past, not sure if that's still the case. My dad had to wait several years before he was finally able to get any.

I think Hossa would be great for the WINGS. For the a second there I thought this turned into a Capitals forum. You guys seem more concerned with rebuilding the Crapitals than watching your own team continue to succeed in the playoffs.
