That's great he's going to get the stick back to the kid, but the fact that this ******* clown from Wrigley openly said he was going to sell the stick on eBay knowing he stole it only pisses me off more. I really feel like the owners of the stadium should be actively trying to find out who this guy was and have him fired.

Pretty tough call on that one, considering the comparison. I don't disagree that it's time for Chelios to retire, but I'm not going to pity Kopecky who has contributed all of 19 points in 139 games now for the Wings. I think he's gotten more than his fair opportunity to play for this team.

Who gives a s*** if Lebda is from Chicago, he's the worst defenseman we have right now. Chelios should play, Lebda should sit.

Winter Classic is worth 2 points just like the game tonight. If we lose both games Chicago will be tied for the division lead.

Why should Lebda be automatic? Lilja has been vastly superior to Lebda this season. If Lidstrom plays Lebda should sit and Chelios should play. Keep in mind this is a real game worth 2 points...not an exhibition.

This might be true as long as he continues his streak of dropping the gloves and throwing a punch before anyone else on the ice is even aware there's supposed to be a fight. Tootoo is nothing but a chickens*** little *****.

Yea, I'm not all about Leino being called up now, I just wanted to clear that up I honestly believe Downey & Helm should both be playing for the Wings right now. -

Downey has 3 points in 25 games (but 43 PIM as he should). Leino is leading all Griffins players currently with 21. -
It is funny how fast people forget that Downey played in 56 games last season, and the team continually sung his praises the entire time.

Leino has 21 points in 24 games for GR? Abdelkader has 18 points in 26 games? I wouldn't discount that considering some of the clowns that are on the big team right now :cough: kopecky sucks :cough: -
What's the risk? Losing an extremely valuable asset to the team? Kopecky is a joke. 17 points in a 133 games now I think it's time to stop pretending he's going to develop into anything this team is lacking.

This doesn't surprise me at all, he's been off his game for much of the season. -
Is that three straight starts now Osgood has let in the first goal on the first shot, or just 3 out of 4? I don't blame Lebda at all for the penalty shot, he was just covering Osgood's ass, much like the offense has been doing all season.

I don't know what he's doing, but I sure do miss the man. I'd give up a lot to see the Wings sign a player of his caliber again (50+ points & 100+ PIM a season consistently)
