You can one-up all you want, I played hockey in this state through college, I was at the game in 98 when the Wings' swept the Capitals and hoisted the cup in DC, and I have no love for the Capitals or their fans. The last time the Wings played the Caps in DC ~4 years ago I was forced into a fight outside the MCI center after we were told to "Go back to your own arena" when the Wings won 5-1. You guys are welcome to talk about the Caps all you want, and by all means be happy for them, but don't expect everyone to universally applaud their organization or the team.

I understand these are just projected lines, not mad at you guys I just think Babcock should take advantage of a game that really doesn't mean anything to see what Abdelkader can do before the playoffs start

Coming from someone who lives in MD, I can't wait to see the Capitals get destroyed to shut these morons up around here who suddenly found out about hockey yesterday.

This is pretty much what I would expect to see going into the playoffs, still don't know if Hudler should be in there, but it's always a toss up between hating on him and hating on Samuelsson.

He played close to 12 minutes in his debut game, and I was really impressed with his skating for a big guy. With Kopecky being injured, I'd say now is the time for him to step up and get a chance...

I don't want to see Hudler play, I don't have anything against him personally, but he's not doing anything out there...he's just a tiny body providing nothing in any area of the game we need. He has what, 1G & 4A in the past 30 games now?

I was definitely impressed after one game, he's a big guy who can skate well which seems to be something the Wings have lacked for awhile

Absolute travesty, I don't know what the NHL is trying to prove with their lack of consistency, but this is an embarrassment to the league. I don't care what it sounds like, I hope Pronger has a career ending injury as soon as possible.
