I'd have not reached into the BCHL for Cholo, that was a low percentage pick. I'm sure there were better picks made 5-10 spots after him, but I can't be bothered to look. Rasmussen is a close 2nd, he was a reach at 9 but that's what you get when you have a dinosaur GM.

Remember there were goofs here who defended and "explained" how Zadina was actually real good and about to "break-out".... Then there's the few vindicated souls who knew all along.

Adding Durzi or Andresson would be an upgrade now and for the medium term, it goes without saying we want to dump 2 of Holl, Matta, Petry and not resign GhostBear.

I'd attempt to sign Kane and Sprong, if they're a no or unreasonably expensive... then yes add them to the sale. It would be nice if he could swing a "hockey trade" and land Hanafin or Markstrom, etc someone who's a clear upgrade and that we want for 2-8 seasons. That's very hard at the deadline but doable for SY. -
