Still over paid.... We should have got Leddy and a 3rd for 50% off Panik. Even if this is the guy we wanted we over paid... even if we get a 1st for him at the TDL we over paid. Sometimes it is what it is.

I still can't get over the fact we added a sweetener to solve someone else's cap problem. We should have gotten 2nd not given one. I was hoping for something along the lines of the Ladd trade... I don't know why we didn't take him and that haul.

I don't think this is a real rumor... I speculated about this a few days ago and low and behold Max Bultman had an article in the Athletic where this was one of 3 possible scenarios thrown out there... it was a thought experiment rather than a "rumor".

A friend of mine that's a Toronto fan, was theorizing: Bert and the 22nd pick for Morgan Reilly Not a trade I'd make personally. ____________ I hope we target the 9th overall pick from Vancouver... I think it could be had for 22 and cap relief. That way we can get our skater and goalie at 6 and 9. Thoughts?

Can anyone shed light on why Petruzzelli is walking? Seems odd, since he's developing reasonably well and we have no other notable prospects at that position... the player and team seem like a match made in hockey heaven.

That's never getting you Eichel... Cholo has virtually no value, Zadina is a 3rd line winger, the picks aren't valuable enough for a franchise player. Zadina = Bust
