It's a good point... I like to come by read, chat, etc... if there is someway we can help prevent or fix outages I'm open to helping out.

The easiest solution is trade him with salary retained for a player with a horrible contract and only one year remaining. Play that player would be waived/demote to the AHL and the problem would go away in a year rather than two years.

At this rate the SENS could have the 1st and 2nd overall pick and we pick 3+. That's assuming the Sharks are awful and the lottery really rigged. (Which it is) lol If that happens I think I'll be selling my NHL fan card.

We need lottery luck and a couple of can't miss prospects... not droppers Zadina, Veleno or reachers Seider. Project them however you want... they're not on the wings and won't be big time players until 2021 or later. A top flight prospect could improve this team the October after he's drafted and we desperately need that to allow our other prospects to ripen naturally. -

Mercifully they are gone at seasons end. Hicketts should really play ahead of either of them. I think Steve will clear house this summer... I'd not be surprised to see a few Red Wings whitness relocated to Robidas Island.

Just took a look at the standings... presently NJ has the best odds at #1, early I know but! The NHL needs to put a cap on #1 picks and or top end drafting... -

Good point. But we need help.... Howard would be a top notch backup at this point... Bernier isn't an NHL caliber player so the need is obvious. -

I think Jimmy would be a fine goalie on a good team... For example Leafs fans (and media) blabber on about Andersson, to my eye he's a younger version of Jimmy (if not worse). He lets in horrendous goals and terrible times.
