St. Louis with the embellishment. My respect for this guy has gone down so far the last year.

Great job by E and Glendening.
-
Wow. Terrible slash to the head by Quincey.
-
Miller hurt and headed to the dressing room.

I can't believe I'm about to say this but... Helm with the snipe!
-
Even better that almost all of his points are at even strength.
-
Ozzy has definitely improved as an announcer. He still has a ways to go still, but he's hesitating less and figured out what's the proper amount of time to make his point before handing it off to the other guys.

great work by Miller.

Bob McKenzie @TSNBobMcKenzie · 3h3 hours ago NJ puts Damien Brunner on waivers. ARI puts Kyle Chipchura on waivers. -
Now it's Taylor Hall and Eberle's responsibility to demand more accountability from the team. unbelievable.
-
Wow. Now he's basically saying don't blame me, I've only been on the job for 20 months. That all his losses as coach was the fault of management, which he had no control over.
-
It was in the context of "these young guys are going to get better" but basically yes, he did put in on the players. It's nuts.
-
He basically just said how they've brought in all these different consultants and coaches, the players need to execute better.
-
Here's the press conference. What s***show. How do these guys still have a job?

Kings fined $100K for allowing Slava Voynov to practice w/ team
haroldsnepsts replied to Jersey Wing's topic in General
Team's statement: Los Angeles Kings statement: “This was clearly a mistake on our part and we accept full responsibility. It is incumbent upon us to be more vigilant in managing this situation to ensure that Slava’s allowable training activities always remain separate from the team.” Considering the whole team was on the ice for an "optional" practice, it's hard to believe it was just an oversight. I'm just not sure what their thinking was. -
Kings fined $100K for allowing Slava Voynov to practice w/ team

I saw that. I can't quite figure out what they were thinking. If they did it back when the NHL wouldn't give them cap relief I could see it as a protest move, but since the league finally granted that relief, this is a head scratcher. Darryl Sutter's explanation: It was an optional skate and everybody went. (Voynov) is supposed to come out after with the injured guys, right after practice. Everybody (skated) today. It was an optional skate, and normally he goes out with injured players after practice or by himself after practice. Today he was out there early. -
Alfredsson Set to Sign 1-day Contract with Senators
haroldsnepsts replied to WingsallTheway's topic in General
Was the contract for the amount they promised him and then backed out on? In all seriousness it's great that they've sorted it out and he can retire as a Senator, as he should. -
I'd take Mitchell over Quincey in a heartbeat, even at that age. He's a better defender. I don't think it was crazy overpaid, but for a guy that's been on the Wings roster and sounds like had little interest around the league, Quincey's contract felt a bit high at the time of the signing. Luckily Quincey has been playing well so I'd say he's earning his paycheck. With him though there's always that chance he forgets how to play hockey for a 20 game stretch again.

Ericsson has a modified NTC, and 5 years left on his contract. I'm not sure exactly what the details of the NTC are but it seems unlikely Holland moves him. More than anything Ericsson should be a middle pairing and PK guy. In terms of TOI he's 3rd on the team, which is about right but is out there against top opposition with Kronwall most games. If they bring someone in or someone improves enough, they can hopefully get Kronwall a new partner and move E down to the middle pair.

Helm should've started sweeping in front of it.

Datsyuk with the curling shot!
-
Looks kicked and in but you can basically flip a coin on how the league is gonna rule on these goals.

The puck was kicked but does Howard touching it negate that? EDIT: nevermind. announcers cleared it up.
