Lebda really progressed well during the regular season, but I don't think he's been very good all post-season. Quincey played well and if Lebda can't go I have a lot of confidence in Quincey.

they're basically cheer leaders. i'm sure the 13 year old boys and girls who do this at wings games have degrees in ice slush management too. i see nothing wrong with it, it's not like marketing is using them as a ploy for people to come to the games. You're either just paranoid or something else, i highly doubt these "ice girls" believe anyone is going to marry them for what they're doing, it's just something to get exposure. It's the time when we're not on the PK that it's the problem. Kronwall isn't as fast as Lebda, but he's definitely one of the more mobile defensemen that we have. We all saw what happened on the GWG last year in game 6. Lilja will be able to step in and add 8-12 minutes a game, but you guys have to remember that Kronner was logging at least 20 mins every game. That's a big hole to fill.

No, in this case the Wings weren't able to sign him because of the 1m tax free contract he got in Russia. Grigorenko could've came over a while ago. Russia isn't going to shell out 7-8m a season for multiple players either so that's incorrect also. I'd also love to see an article where he was considered better than Ovechkin post-injury.
