Guess it's take, sorry!

Former NYI captain Kenny Jönsson, 31 y/o 6'3 220 lbs is coming over from Sweden. He just finished up the Olympics and was named the best defensemen in the Tournament. I think he'd be a great fit on the Wings in a top 4 setting!
-
What's the point of even saying it? It's not going to happen.
-
From what I've read the Preds are either going to make a strong push for Pronger or they're letting them talk and then going hard at Witt when he tests the market.
-
Some players just have names that give you good vibes, Nick Oslund? Sounds good to me!
-
Miami deserved this game, Wade was a God, but good lord did Miami get a s***load of calls going their way. In their house or not, that was why officiating in the NBA is the biggest joke of all professional sports. Moreso than Golf!
-
I like him, he'd fit in here, but I see him staying in Buffalo, he has great chemistry with that team.
-
Like who? Don't make a post unless you have some actual examples.

Shaq is done, unless he only plays the 2nd half ot he season next year the same thing will happen in the playoffs. Shaq is one dimensional, always has been, and this one dimension is fading fast.

So, the Lions opened up their FA signings today with Corey Bradford: 4 years/ 7 million 2 million SB. http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2366745 Why are they even focusing on WR's this early in Free Agency? I guess this means Charles Rogers is good as gone.

http://fantasysports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?sl...ov=ap&type=lgns I hope he's okay to start the season, but he's an idiot, after Kellen Winslow got injured in that crash Rothlisberger was interviewed and basically shrugged it off. Bill Cohwer was not happy that Ben was going to continue to rid his bike. If Roethlisberger ever rides another motorcycle again while under contract of an NFL team I'd be surprised.

Obviously goaltending has been a problem, as well as everything else. A lot of things need to change, including the goaltender.
-
Lecavalier is one-dimensional? That's a new one on me, he can pass, score, hit, fight. Not sure what else you want from a player. Anyway, I don't think Tampa would trade into the eastern conference, Raycroft isn't that much better than Grahame.
-
Haha, those Miami fans are pieces of s***, show some dignity for christs sake.
-
4 conference finals in a row, they're not "bad" but they're defintely not playing good.
-
The Pistons aren't losing because of the refs, but the refs, like usual are disgraceful. Unreal, none of their shots are dropping.
-
Not looking good, boys and girls.
-
Obviously it would be Giguere +, but not that much more. The Lightning have no bargaining power.
-
Nope, Tampa Bay will trade him for a #1 goalie, I could see him going to Anahiem for Giguere. Lecavalier for Datsyuk doesn't address any of Tampa's needs, it'd be nice for us, but makes zero sense the other way. They also don't really want Jimmy Howard right now I'd guess, Feaster already has said that he's NOT going to sign a FA goalie and that he'd look to aquire one in trade.

He's a UFA at seaons end. Hits like a truck, led the league in hits for a good while then fell off a little bit. He has no offensive upside, he has limited mobility, but he's big, YOUNG and hits like a mack truck. He's also SWEDISH. http://www.nhl.com/players/8468114.html Lidstrom/Lilja Kronwall/Murray Schneider/Chelios

If the Tigers hurry they can still hit the 100 loss mark!

Bigger Playoff Disappointment: Wings or Pistons?
Heaton replied to livediehockey80's topic in Other Sports
I still think the Pistons would be the most dissapointing, they talked the talk ever since the game 7 loss of the finals last season, they did everything they said they would except as of yet win the championship. The Wings never said anything of the sort. -
Granted, but it seems like people are expecting him to be an offensive force right from the get go.
-
Artyukhin is pretty overrated around here, St. Louis is a player the Wings could use. He's fast, clutch and produces in the playoffs all by himself regardless of how small he is.
