That happens ALL the time, there's almost ALWAYS a let down after a huge emotional game in the regular season.
-
Games like this happen, it's not like the Wings have been playing poorly lately or anything.
-
I thought you were talking about the next game.
-
He did, he put in Legace, it's up to him now.
-
Pretty sure we still would've lost to Minnesota.
-
Yeah, our 2nd loss in 9 games.
-
Welp, Osgood may have lost his starting job with this game.
-
The Stars are really undisciplined right now, all of those penalties have been legit.
-
You know, I want Mowers off this team like everyone (save eva) but he actually was pretty decent against Nashville, hopefully he can do something before he gets (hopefully) waived.

This worked last time: Detroit 3 Dallas 5

There's a thread about this in the trade rumors forum. I'm not attatched to Lang and if the return is good enough it could be a great idea.
-
Maybe if you post it enough times it'll happen, post really hard!@ Seriously though, I really liked it when Bootland was up in the '03 season

Why would they want to keep starting over? It makes no sense, they have great prospects, and great young players. What does trading Bell accomplish? He's been one of their top 3 best players, all it does is set them back even further. If they do this every season if each season doesn't start well they'll never get out of 27th place. But hey, it looks like Tallon is an idiot, so lets trade a 3rd rounder and Mark Mowers for him.
-
Bell is great, but he won't be traded, actually the top 3 guys Barnes posted won't be traded. Foote and Columbus knew what this year would be like, or well, this isn't exactly what he/they thought it'd be like, but its pretty close. He's got the C for a reason, he's not leaving.
-
More like he didn't want to have back to back loses. He's giving people, what he calls, "heat of the battle minutes" and they are producing numbers. The only two people he shouldn't trust is Arroyo (HUNTER GET BACK SOON) and Darko. I saw Ben, Dale Davis, Lindsey and Prince at Friday's near OU after the game (nothing new, they usually go there after home games), but one of the screaming girls at the table next to us yelled and asked when Lindsey was coming back and he said "pretty soon".

I'd love to get Mark Bell here, other than that, I don't want an overpaid Foote and I'd like a Veteren defensemen with plenty of playoff experience. Foote fits the bill perfectly, but I don't think he's anywhere near worth what he's being paid anymore. Jackman is a great young defensemen but doesn't have the playoff experience that I'd like to see, but his playoff experience is limited even though he has great skills and still plenty of potential. By the way, I asked before and don't remember if anyone ever answered, has Holland ever made a trade during the season pre-deadline?

You don't know that for a fact, so the argument is moot. Up until this point, yeah, but after the latest crap with him at the WJC's some fans are getting sick of his antics and wish that he'd straighten up and realize that he's not Sidney Crosby. But you're right, most Canadiens fans know more about Latendresse than Red Wings fans about Abdelkader.

Well, I didn't really think the article was praising Mowers as much as it was saying that he needs to start playing better. I think his time may end unless he starts playing up to the level Babcock wants him at.

It makes sense, I'd venture a guess and say his decision will be largely based on which team goes the furthest in the playoffs. Turco wants a ring and being in Michigan may just be an added bonus.
-
He's being benched in the WJC due to his poor play and poor work habits, many Canadian fans who have been watching have been very dissapointed with his lack of good use of the ice time when he did get it. He has time to turn it around and seems to have the skills, but as of right now it seems like he thinks he'll just coast onto the Habs roster next season and he isn't exactly encouraging anyone.
-
The Chargers have already stated that Rivers will be a Charger until 2010 at least. And if they haven't traded him by now, I doubt he will be traded.

Which WR are we going to be selecting?
