Colorado has made it interesting. Which is good because Calgary still scares me in the playoffs,even more than San Jose. Edmonton is just TANKING it right now too, they are something like 0-10-0 in their last 10.

Hudler's shooting percent is 16.45 Sammy's is 7.45 I'm sorry Babcock, but we already have enough defensive players in our line up. We need a (good) shooter come playoff time. Give us Hudler!

That looks photo shopped, is that really real? I was at the Hall earilier this year , and I don't remember seeing that on the cup. It prob is real, and I'm just freaking out, but why have we not heard of this yet?

Yea, wasn't our PP literally 30th inthe league at the time anyways? I mean we are what 16th right now, that would probably make us the worst PP team in the playoffs.

I think some lines that wouldl give us depth would be..... Flip/Z/Homer Hudler/Dastyuk/Bertuzzi Calder/Lang/Franz Sammy or Maltby/Drapes/Cleary Dats and Hudler had great chemistry in the preseason that got Huds a hat trick, but they have not really played together sence. However, keeping Datsyuk and Z together is always a good idea too

Ya, I didn't really mean much by it, just throwing that out there. I don't really like Nashville per se, but I do respect you guys as a good team, and actually like alot(well some) of the players.

I mean with long-time Nashville prospects that have been drafted, and brought through the team's ranks such as Forsberg,Kariya,Sullivan,Arnott,Vishnevski,Dumont,Smithson,Nichol, and Hordichuk. Who can argue with that.

Don Cherry has said Phaneuf should have won the Calder over Ovechkin, and won the Norris over Lids. That right there says it all. That said though I love Grapes, I think he is a funny personality, and he loves hockey.

Just seeign Nicky play in person made me realize, "wow" he just KNOWS what he is doing when he has the puck. He can lead the rush with all the know how in the world, or make a great first pass, You just dont realize how many mistakes he doesn't make in a game until you see him play live. You just seem him get the puck and think "it's ok Nicks got it". Saying all this about it, and his offense isn't even really the greatest part of his game. Lids

Some one who was a Preds fan told me that the "dead fish" thrown on the ice during the last Det-Nash game by Preds fans was a slight against Jiri. I don't think that is true cuz I thought they did it before, and all that did was get me pissed at the person who told me lol.

I have a pretty crazy story. My dad and I went to the Flames game a couple weeks or so ago, and we went down to the lower bowl down by the glass to watch the warm-ups. Now we did have upper bowl tickets, but we decided to keep our seats we were sitting until the rightful owners came and kicked us out. Well we sat through the whole game in those seats, and all the other seats excepth the two we were in became occupied. It was awesome. The only bad part was we couldn't get up to go to the bathroom or we wouldn't be able to get back down to the seats.

I always thought some sweet lines would be if they ever broke up our first line... Flip-Z-Homer Franzen-Datsyuk-Hudler Tuzzi-Lang-Calder Sammy-Drapes-Cleary Now obviously that will never happen, but wed get some sweet scoring depth with those lines, and they would all be decent defensively except maybe Lang's line.

That was in no way a clean hit. No. Way. Neil had his right elbow WAY up leading into the head of Drury AFTER the play. and no that is not just finishing the check. Im not saying its right or I agree with it, but if one team goes after another teams star , it's coming back the other way. Getting back at Neil instead of...everybody else... that probably would have been justice enough, because it was probably all his own doing anyway. But as Ruff said to Murray "You went after MY f**king captain!"

Neil went headhunting on Drury....with his elbow. Drury got pretty bloodied up, and left the game. The next faceoff one of the Sabres went after Heatley.

Lindy Ruff to Murray:" You went after my F**king captain!

Its kind of sad that these two seem to be our front runners, and neither of them have done SQUAT in the playoffs. Just throwing that out there.

IMO the Penguins have better scoring depth than us, and that is a little sad.
