haha we made the same thread at the same time. Nice. That was certainly a weird play, it's very disgusting that refs can dictate the game THIS much. The game is really loosing its form because of the way thes refs are deciding to call these games. It's a damn shame. I will always love the NHL, but the game I used to love is slowly becoming something else that I just don't personally like.

A very complex series of events happened in this game right now, it's hard for me to describe so I hope someone else saw this. But, what happened was Chechoo got high sticked by Kane, Bolland scored a goal to make it 2-0 and the play continued. After another whistle they decided to review the high sticking play, and for some reason gave the high sticking penalty (4 min major) to Versteeg, when it was clearly Kane. Sence the high sticking penalty occured before the goal, they took it off the board and the Sharks got the penalty, and than just scored on the powerplay, so the game is now 1-1. To add to the weirdness they didn't put the time back on the clock to the point where the high stick happened. I never knew a penalty could be reviewed like that, and it could disallow a goal.

They should bring up a goalie if they can. I'm not saying this because of the way our goalies are playing, it would just be nice to give them some time.

I was traveling all the way from Toledo to Columbus and taking my girflriend to her first wings game, anticipating on showing her players like Lids, and Dats. Now what Gary? Great, thanks Gary, I bought tickets to the Jackets Wings game to see my two favorite playeres play and now I don't get too because you are a little girl. I am seriously thinking about writing a letter, but I know it won't make the slightest difference. It is a shame that he has to make fans suffer just to get his own personal vendettas across.
