The Kings are playing the Sabres and the Flames are playing the Hawks, these are very fortuitous matchups that the Wings can hopefully take advantage of. If everything goes according to plan the Wings could jump back into 7th spot, and well within striking distance of 4th place from there. Fingers crossed, gang. -

They always score on the delayed penalty. -
I wouldn't mind him re-signing, but only for a year or two at a time. He's 35 now so even if his back acts up and he is forced to retire, the Wings are on the hook for his contract and cap space.

He was exposed tonight, as I'm sure he is most nights, for his ill-timed punches and defensive lapses. Team Canada has players that provide nearly, if not just as much offense as he does with none of the stupid.
