I think some of the guys need to take some responsibility for their own play, but it's neither here nor there. The man's credentials -- including captaining a team to a Stanley Cup victory -- speak for themselves, as does your panic after a two game losing streak (spoiler: it won't be the last). Kronwall gets the goal and the glory I suppose, but Lidstrom was fine out there. He made several excellent passes and was getting good shots off. -

The same Lidstrom that single handedly broke up two 2 on 1s and routinely stripped attacking players of the puck, and made several good cross seam passes on the power play, in addition to his usual effective outlet passes? He was on the ice for no goals against, ES or PK. -
I'm already well on my way to convincing Cujo to come out of retirement.

Bad goaltending, poor PKing... I hope the Wings make some effort to distinguish themselves from the 09 squad in the coming weeks. -
I don't know what the hell happened in the last 5 minutes, but until then State's D which had gotten gashed by everyone was a wall, so I give them props. Forcier is just clutch all over, but punting for 55 minutes is not going to win you many games. State was certainly the better team and they earned their W.
