The legend of J-Will continues to grow. -
I'm not looking forward to meeting them in the WCF, given Bob's penchant for clutch goals.

Nearly PPG but only half a season... It's optimistic about pessimism, I guess. I am not too sold on it, to be honest. If it's a given he stay healthy (obviously it's not) I would still probably only peg him for 15-20 goals and 40-50 points. Which is perfectly in line with his salary, but he will likely miss time.

If I remember correctly, he was intending to start Osgood in Game 5 after Legace had turned in another dreadful performance, but Oz pulled his groin during warm-ups (or something to that effect).

He that is Bob shall bring hope to the desert. I predict the Yotes go 64-7-11 this season.

I Always Loved Ericsson But When He Did This ...

Vladdy is 42 so I'll say no sale to that. Having Fisch would be great but then we would probably not have Stuart, thanks to the cap. -
Update from Sweden - Encouraging News on the Z Line

You can't be in game shape if you're not playing the game. There are tons of groin injuries every season at the beginning of the year. -
Their defense is terrible, for sure (Michigan has several walk-ons on their starting defense), but they made good adjustments at halftime and held Indiana to 10 points in the second half, 7 of those obviously coming on one home-run play. Even good teams get in dogfights with inferior opposition from time to time (I just consider it variance; eventually everything regresses back to the mean ), so while it's probably not worth many points to the voters a win's a win and big blue is still in the Big Ten title race. Of course, Michigan may very well be that bad, but the only way to be sure is to wait and see. Prepare to have your heart broken by the most clutch QB in the nation:

Amazing how they still have three legit scoring lines. I thought we'd never see anything like it again after last season and the mass exodus and so little cap room.
-
Don't know what all this hemming and hawing is about, seemed like a well played game to me. I'm not compelled to go rifling through all the boxscores but I think Leino has got 2-3-5 in five games this preseason. Willy has also had a very good preseason, and Datsyuk and Rafalski have been playing well. Started slow (typical Wings) but finished in control of the game. See you folks in far away Sweden for the start of the regular season.

That last second TD was wicked clutch, I can't complain. Favre has been good and Harvin is definitely your ROTY.

The Lion within has been unleashed. The road to the Super Bowl began today.

He's got like 1-3-4 in 4 games or something like that. Thumbs up for Ville. -
Pretty sure Babcock just trolled Detroit putting Homer in there. Made me laugh; 10/10, Mike.
-
lol Homer
-
Is dat sum clutch???
-
Eh, cause Cleary whacked him in the head. He wasn't trying to cause any trouble but that's the appropriate reaction.
-
Ha, Dan doing his best to make me look bad.
-
God, I love watching Pavel.

Must be the third period.
