Ahh, my mistake. Elshupacabra, we are in your debt. Such a worthy contribution to the crew does indeed warrant honorary membership. As I mentioned earlier, went and saw the Aqua Teen Hunger Force movie. Let me tell you: disappointing. A night on the town with my real-life crew afterwords made the evening a pretty solid affair, though.

Games are complete, and I see details of them all up to the final buzzer. Another job well done, crew. I am up late as always. I had a blast chillin' with my buds, but it my heart of hearts I was right here, watching playoff hockey. Holey moley, Reem, that Crew sig is fantastic. High ******* five, homegirl!
-
Let me tell you, all it did last night was reinforce his reputation as an enormous sore loser.
-
Sorry gang, Aqua Teens are calling. May not catch any games tonight. We'll see, may be back later. Carry on without me, brave crew!
-
Matt's a pretty good skater, he doesn't really have a history of tripping over the blue line like that. I don't know what the hell that was, but it's not something to lose sleep over.
-
It all comes back to you, you're gonna get what you deserve, Try and test that, you're bound to get served A little Sublime for Jarome on this lovely spring day.
-
Physical enough to grab a penalty. No, Jarome, Hank won't throw down with you. Sorry to disappoint. He's a great leader and a tremendous talent, but his temper gets the best of him when the game's out of reach. Surely, you must have seen it? Would you believe I had a Dino avatar before this?
-
Everyone has a beef with Bob, but he's got job security. Hank and Pavel need to be together, so that ties up our two legit scoring centers on one line. Someone else has to get the second. Flipper's the only other guy around, and I doubt Mike's gonna trust a rookie, no matter how impressive, to anchor the second line in the playoffs.
-
Because he's a cheap shotting crybaby. No doubt, that was dirty as hell. Trust me, we're all glad he's gone. He didn't even end up serving the suspension because of the lockout.
-
That's my favorite anyone anything of all forever.
-
Indeed... I think Captain Visor will be catching on sooner rather than later. I'm predicting zero fights in this series, by the way.
-
What he is, historically, is a non-factor against Detroit. The best he's contributed is PK time for his mates.
-
f*** off, Draperfan. ^^^ Preemptive strike, *******.
-
With regards to Detroit's power play: Schneider's goal was scored scant seconds after the power play had expired, but for all intents and purposes it was a man-advantage goal. The Wings were just going through the motions and skating out the game by the time the Flames starting gooning it up. It was apparent on the 5-on-3 they weren't really going for it.
-
Lidstrom, Draper, Maltby, Cheli again, are all vets and solid leaders. The young guys like Hank and Pavel are proving to be great leaders themselves. We really don't have any utility for Mac at this stage in his career.
-
Thanks for the updates, Legionnaire. You're a stand-up dude.
-
What you mean to say is he had two. Lang, on the other hand, couldn't wait to hand the puck over, tallying his usual six turnovers.
-
No problem with Matt after tonight--he was a huge reason we won. Goal, assist, but more importantly he crushed Lombardi in the early going and the boys never looked back. I just hope those brain farts don't show up later in the series. For now, all is well in Wings land.
-
Considering our second line was the lousiest at even strength play, there's something to fix and maybe Bert's the answer.
-
Years? Wowzah. I doubt they knew it wasn't a sell out until they announced it later in the game, when the Wings were comfortably in control. I understand we would probably be out for blood if the roles were reversed but they aren't so we're right. Seriously, they were literally laughing at the notion that "dirty" Dan Cleary (famous for his antics league-wide) purposefully ran Kipper on TSN. McKenzie made it clear they were doing anything to force some conflict and manufacture some intensity and Dano's bump gave them that.
-
Wow, just caught the highlights of the Tampa-NJ game, I feel bad for the Bolts. They scored three on the Devils but their goalie let in a trio of atrocious goals and turned over the puck for the other. What a waste.
-
Chooo chooooooo....
-
God, Babcock would be so stupid to sit Rex. Seriously, Mike? Don't do it. Flip and Hudler helped form our best puck possession and cycling line today.
-
should wings sign bert and then trade for naslund?

So, I think we're in agreement that this is the thread of the year. -
No one has any right to say anything nasty about Lilja after tonight's game. He laid out a very nice hit at one point, blocked some shots, and didn't turn the puck over even once. Solid, solid outing for Andreas.
