This is a valid complaint from him, I feel. With all due respect to Dano (and none to Willy, who sucks) ol' Bob doesn't really have a lot to work with. In their defense, though (except for Willy's, because he sucks) he's basically floating like what out there and seems totally disinterested after a hot start. The two may need some time away from each other. -

Man, just thinking, the Stars grabbed Mickey Ribs and Ladislav Nagy this season--whoa. Watch out, they've created a monster that just can't be stopped. All they have to do is add Jozef Stumpel and the trifecta will be complete!!

Wings were basically at the top of every meaningful offensive category last year and had the best record in the league. They had no need to spend assets to acquire a big name rental. Different story this year. -

If Nashville wants to go balls out and grab Forsberg for Radulov, Weber, and picks, I think Holland ought to let them. We know how well they made out with Witt last year (though they are two different caliber of players). -

No kidding. Look at Milan Hejduk: he's basically Samuelsson now that Forsberg is gone. With him he won the Richard. The guy's a playoff beast; only twice in his postseason career has he failed to be at least PPG--both times he missed the mark by a single point. He would be absolutely huge for the Wings. -
That +/- comparison is hilarious. Also, Cheli is actually 64 points away from the millennium mark.

Yeah, Khan says in the article something about the Rangers. He's been having a helluva time lately and doesn't seem very motivated; I still like his ability to crank it up in the postseason, but we can make a lot of room by moving him. Obviously is depends on the return as to whether or not I'd be on board (for as much as that counts). -

Well, Wings kicked ass and got the win fair and square. Fell asleep at the end, as one might expect when leading by a jillion goals with five to go, but no problem. Great to see the guys give Joey Mac his due. Might have been a more interesting finish if Iginla had connected on that 2-on-1 to bring it to just a one goal deficit, but he missed and that was that.
