*snore* ZZZZzzzzzZZZZzzzz.... *streeeeeetch* Oh, there was a football game today? *yaaaaawn* Lions won, huh? That's nice. ZZZZzzzzzZZZZzzz...

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Redden is Norris bound, we would be beyond lucky to aquire him.
-
Hahahaha, guess.

Saw another "Fire Millen" sign at the Wings game today... I'm so glad they're playing at home next week. I want to hear them chant it, scream it from the rafters: FIRE MILLEN! I want the Detroit fanbase to FORCE Ford, that god awful sack of s**t, I want them to FORCE that a**hole's hand, FORCE him to fire Millen. I don't care about the team anymore, not this year, cheering isn't going to help them one damn bit; we've gotta get this guy out of our system, like the goddamn FLU, and the best way to do it is to chant, non-stop, ALL DAY LONG, signs and T-shirts and everything.

Although the refs have it out for us--there was no excuse for that safety to not be a safety--the Lions still had all the chances in the world to win. The ball was hovering around Green Bay's five yard line through most of the first quarter and the Lions could only manage one TD out of it. They decided to go for it on fourth down, with their HORRIBLE goal-line offense, instead of just kicking a damn field goal. You look at what kind of game they're in, where offense has been hard to come by and a score of any kind might win it in regulation, and instead they go for it and naturally can't come close. Bah humbug.

On draft day, he'd blow out his knee walking up the steps to the podium.
-
Somebody no one's ever heard of, naturally.

Halleluja, praise the Lord! My prayers have been answered!

Exactly. Why the HELL isn't Mooch getting Jones 20+ touches a game, at LEAST! The man needs TIME to get his game going. He isn't going to roll over the defensive line with eight stupid runs. Garcia is f**king ridiculous, just throwing the ball up for grabs once or twice a game; it's a miracle we haven't been burned by that one yet. I'm not talking about INTs either--I mean throwing the ball as high as he can (STRAIGHT UP!) and seeing who comes down with it. Whatever. Typical Lions football. EDIT: Excuse me, I meant to say: "He isn't going to roll over the defensive line with four stupid runs." Unbelievable. I know how horrible it is to average eight yards per carry, but the least Steve-o could do would be to get him into double digits.
-
What a forgettable game. Did Carr get out coached or what? What a horrible call on 3rd and 10, to throw a man behind the line of scrimmage, and expect him to run the full distance. Why don't these fools throw the ball down the field? Nevermind, it's all moot. I hate football.
-
That's great that they won; Roy Williams is a machine. They still suck, however. It's going to be embarrasing to see them be dismantled by Dallas next week.
-
The Buckeyes will wilt when they dare come into the Big House. I predict that Mike Hart explodes for triple digits and a few TDs.
-
Despite playing with third-string receivers and having to put up with the horrible play-calling of Steve-o, Jeff Garcia manages to pull out a win. And thus, saints be praised, ends the days of Joey Harrington.
-
Even still, only a fool would trade Datsyuk for him just because the former isn't leading the team in scoring (yet?).

Joseph Harrington is HORRIBLE

Steve Mariucchi is a goddamn moron. I'll say it again. STEVE MARIUCCHI IS A GOD-DAMNED MORON. If I'm William Clay Ford, I'd have his ass on the next bus out of town. Three and a half minutes to go in the game, Detroit's up by just six (HINT: Yes Mooch, that's less than a touchdown) and he runs two silly predictable run plays right up the middle that they don't get s**t off of. Third down, they're forced to throw, and the ball doesn't even get away. Why didn't they come out throwing? I'll tell you why. Mariucchi is a conservative, predictable little *****. He doesn't play to win. He plays not to lose. And when you play like that, you LOSE. I hate Steve, I hate Joey, I hate all of these idiots. -
It sure is unfortunate that we are placed in this predicament this season. A couple bad breaks (poor call, injuries) might have lost us some games, maybe, but I'm more critical of conservative play-calling by the coaches. Conservative is DEATH. No coach should ever call a conservative play. Of course, I still bleed the maize and blue, and will watch faithfully. Hopefully I'll watch them beat up on some poor bastards in the Toliet Bowl.

Who cares? We all know Orr is the best.
-
I thought that that was a real nice touchdown they stole from us. The referees really did a really nice job of handing Tampa Bay the win.
-
Can't wait for next years heartbreaker for MSU fans. As long as we have Hart, we'll be AOK.

For every Tom Brady there are a hundred QBs that just were told they don't have what it takes to play in the NFL, and rightfully so. You don't go out looking for Tom Brady, but sometimes you manage to find him anyways. -
Any relation to Mats?
-
Sounds good. The Wings strategy of taking someone who didn't have a great year but has showed in previous years that he can be great once again seems to be paying off. Works well since we never get a high pick anyways.
-
That's great. "Maybe" this 27 year old man (no longer a kid) player will develop a sound defensive game, "maybe" he'll become a threat in the postseason. Fedorov is the best defensive forward in the history of the league; there's no comparison. He was dominant and clutch in the playoffs in ways which all but few players even dare to imagine. To say Datsyuk will ever become a tenth the player Fedorov was and is, is silliness at best.

Wow... did Detroit ever look s***ty. Without Garcia breathing down his neck, how easily does Joey just stroll out to the field and throw 5 INTs? Ridiculous. And here's Mooch, trying to execute a goddamn run play on 2nd and 17. Absurd. There must've been a dozen plays today where I was thinking, "And what the f**k was the purpose of that?" The offense could not run, nor catch, the defense was shredded. At least Eddie Drummond had a nice run.
