Calgary's also looking to put away Edmonton, who hasn't scored since what feels like forever. I say bring it on, we have a team that can net ugly goals and assuming the refs don't swallow their damn whistles, out finesse Calgary. Let's not forget home ice advantage means something against Calgary.

Too many games to follow today and I'm loving it. I really hope they sopcast this one because my TV's gonna be stationed into ESPN, who will be airing the Frozen Four finals between Michigan State and BC. Edit: Okay yes they are sopcasting it good good.

What the hell is wrong with Chicago? They're not normally so classless, I know they're getting embaressed but they keep going after Cleary, why because he fell on Lalime after Seabrook pushed him?

He took an incodental elbow to his jaw, he stormed off into the dressing room looking pretty pissed so I doubt he's hurt that badly. Might have left just to get patched up, looks like that hit could have cost him some teeth or stitches.

You know I understand ugly goals are the goals you need in a playoff series but guys seriously we can score normal goals too. If this counts it's about as ugly as I've seen.

Well from what I'm researching neck strain can persist for up to 4-6 weeks but this is automobile accident calibre whiplash, I doubt his injury's half as bad. I'm betting he sits out next game, likely makes the bgeinning of the playoffs but won't be 100% Either way it's nothing so debilitating that he can't play, just might make things a little uncomfortable.

As I've stated since before the Columbus series I couldn't care less about winning or losing these last 4 games, I'd rather us just get through without injury, hope my request can be answered.

My bet is that Bert is going to be pulled from the rest of the game tonight for precautionary reasons. Kinda like Timonen in Nashville a few games ago. I'm thinking he's fine, maybe just contussion or something.

Not too sound cocky, but as far as I'm concearned we already clinched both, Sorry Chi-town. I've also overcome my fear of Calgary in the first round, rather play the Wild but I don't see any other way around it so I might as well enjoy the final games and root the hell out of every passing second. The President's trophy is our next goal.

My assumption is he'll play for game 1 even if not 100%, he has the heart to pull that off quite easily. But I don't trust the source, most all of that inside information crap is eklundesque rumours. If this is true it'll hit the local media by the days end, if not I wouldn;t be too bothered by it. -

Isn't the next tie breaker home record? Could be wrong or confusing sports, because I know for a fact it measures into the tie breaker somewhere in some sport.

He hasn't stuck out a whole lot, take that as you may, I consider it a good thing. When you do what you're suppose to with so few minutes each period, you tend to blend in rather than stick out due to mistakes *cough*Lilja*cough*! I expect him to make the playoff roster as our 7th D-man, not quite the PKer Lilja is but seems to fit in comfortably in 5-on-5, decent enough size too.
