That rule was changed since last season, as long as the refs honestly believe it's a goal they can call it a goal irregardless of it being undeniable fact.
-
Coincodentily enough after I joke around about Bacashihua performing miracles in the shoot out. He makes the puck dissapear bending space and time in the process so that it apparently never crosses the goal line. Does that count?
-
I think it's obvious to any one who's not severely retarded that the odds of that one being a goal are far greater than the odds of it staying out, don't see why they went the other way. At least Blues fans can no longer argue about getting screwed over a couple games ago, the refs just handed them that game on a garnished platter.
-
Is some idiot throwing gagabe on the ice suitable to those of you complaining about lack of passion at the Joe? Ugh we just got hosed big time.
-
That should by all means be a goal.
-
You know considering our goal getting called back on a blown whistle too soon, I'd be happy to see them screwed over in the shootout.
-
Gonna be a hard call, it goes in but looks like it pops in after the play. Too bad replay doesn't have the audio of the whistle, something they need to find a way to fix. Damn it's a goal, we're in trouble.

Shootout prediciton: Bacashihua Stops all shots facing him and in between rounds 2 and 3 he turns the ice into wine and heals a blind man.
-
Don't really wanna go into a shootout here with Jesus between their pipes currently.
-
Wow Ville's actually went to the hopsital to check on Brett, didn't expect him to do that considering well he's a s*** bag on the ice. Sweet wave going on at the Joe btw.
-
Am I the only one expecting some phantom penalty to come out of that play just to make up for the fact that Jackman looks to be hurt (again.)
-
About freaking time, this game should be 5-2 !
-
Bert could easily have a 4 points or more so far this game had circumstances gone slightly in his favor or their goalie stops being invincable.
-
This is insane, their goalie is standing on his head and break dancing right now.
-
It seems the lower profile a goaltender the harder time we have with them, Turco, Bulin, Nashville's duo all looks like crap against us yet the backup for a sub par team is putting on a Vezina calibre showing against us.
-
2 minute minor, 44, not playing like a wuss on the red Wings. Edit: Double minor actually, pretty unfortunate for us. Could that have been less his fault?
-
Total BS call.

It's Buffalo for me, aside from the fact they're one of the most fun teams to watch, they're a complete team with alot of players I respect. Ryan Miller in peticular who I watched often as a Spartan is my favorite non-wing player not named Brendan Shanahan. Also New York's a pretty good hockey state boasting alot of American born NHL talent and it's great to see a team succeed after having it's back against the wall back in 03 being at the bottem of their division and filing for chapter 11.

Fedoruk thinks "tough guys" should wear extra gloves
Vincanni replied to Wings_Toledo's topic in General
Interesting idea, I'm not really for it, but would prefer it 50 times over removing fighting from the game entirely (or even stiffening the penalties for it.) One slight thing to consider though is that tough guys and athletes in general are getting on average bigger and stronger. That trend isn't going to slow down and one day someone's going to get killed out there, rather something be done beforehand rather than wait until it happens. Of course that's just me playing the Devil's advocate with myself, honestly the number of NHL injuries that stem from fighting is nothing. Frustration hits, pre-meditated retaliation hits, and cheap shots in general are the only thing people need to ever be concearned over. -
Hello 4th position overall in the West.
-
I meant let's win it in a shoot out! Yeah!
-
YEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeah! Let's get a shut out now Osgood!
