Yes clearly a clean hit, that's why Hudler's cut. Don't mean to offend but you have serious issues if you completely doubt that being illegal, interference or not he clearly got him in the face with his stick hence the cut and on top of that gunned for the head. Entirely classless and worth a suspension.
