Just my opinion but here's how I'd wish our draft to go down like. 1st pick, Curry, singable and an incredible talent for our terrible defense, not a spectacular big play maker, but a great stabilizing force which we badly need. 20th pick, the best Offensive tackle available most likely Smith (worth the risk) or Oher. 33rd pick, not sure if he'll be available, but I'd love to see Clay Matthews picked here, if not available the best defensive linesmen would do. 65th pick, best corner back available, would like DJ Moore, but would settle for best prospect ranking at CB available. With our last third round pick I actually wouldn't mind Pat White for QB, he's an extremely mobile pure athlete that would address out need at Quarter Back who I've felt has sleeper superstar potential since his great combine work out. Anyone else have any ideal draft scenarios they'd like to share?

Not sure what Columbus did in the 3rd to suggest they where going to win that game, Detroit was rolling 4 lines to Columbus' 3 and I don't recall Columbus registering a single real scoring opportunity in the third. If you ask me I think the fans littering the ice blew up the proportion of what actually happened. Let us also not forget there was no dispute over the penalty, even Hitchcock acknowledged it was a penalty, they're just angry it wasn't overlooked which is absolutely ludicrous to suggest. Is there controversy if you blow past a speed trap on the express way going 100 mph and actually get pulled over for it? Of course it could also just be Vs. trying to sound enticing enough to get people watching their coverage of the game for this so called controversy. Seems to me they're just selling the highlight.

I like San Jose and hope they make a good series out of this. I however can not resist the lure of getting some revenge on the Ducks and would adore any situation allowing us to vanquish them.

Ducks win tonight = Pushes the already iffy under pressure Sharks to the brink, giving the ducks 3 chances at eliminating them. Yeah Can't argue against that. Sharks win tonight = They turn the corner, steal back home-ice and look to have Anaheim figured out. Save some luck and a few opportunist moments and the Sharks should have the series theirs to lose, wouldn't be surprised if they took it in 6. Also can't argue against, so yeah I agree, winner of this game wins the series imo.

Ozzie seemed a lot more spry in the 3rd period compared to the 2nd so something was probably up. I admire his competitive spirit, but he had 4 shots to eliminate the BJ's and risking further injury just seems reckless so I really hope he didn't go the route of taking the cortisone shot.

Really I think the greatest thing about this series is just how dominant the Wings truly were as a whole. I mean Columbus lead us in goals the EXACT amount of time I've spent having a four-some with Scarlet Johansson, Kristen Bell, and Jessica Alba. That is very impressive indeed. Good to see nice level headed fans of such a young franchise. You guys should be focusing on the major steps your team took this year in making the playoffs, having what I feel is the odds on favorite for rookie of the year, and a very bright future. Not whining about the refs not giving you a major boon by swallowing the whistle on a call that by all means was a penalty, not like it was a game 7 either. Granted I do understand most of the BJ forum goers are likely just venting frustration and thinking with their hearts so I'd really not take what they say as gospel, so I'll stray from using anymore sweeping generalities about BJ fans.

I could ***** about Ericsson getting penalized for being interfered with. A call so blatantly misrepresented it caused the entire BJ faithful to boo prior to the confused quiet that followed in its wake when it was revealed to be for them. The reason I don't ***** is because despite the bad call, your teams PK has a duty and its their own damn fault if the goal goes in everytime.
