One is the closest series of the first round, the other has been the least so I can understand why this is so, though it is an elimination game.

If you think someone throwing an octopus on the ice deserves even a night in lock-up, you're either crazy or think people caught speeding should be sentenced to jail terms as well. At least speeding endangers people's lives on top of disturbing public order, what the Columbus fan did however was assault and battery, a violation of criminal law in every state.

Everything I read mentioned if the Wings faltered it'd be on Ozzie, and how that was the one advantage Columbus had over us. Considering Ozzie has thoroughly outplayed Mason and looks to be playing his best hockey of the year its no wonder we're up 3 games to nil, never trailing once and all being fairly uncompetitive in the end.

I wonder if any civil prosecutors are big enough Wing fans to help out the Wing fan who was attacked pro bono, seems to me he was physically assaulted by non-security personal unfairly and the assailant has a history of stadium altercations judging from his admittance to being in a scuffle at the Joe. Granted a fairer and more appropriate brand of justice would stem from him being ridiculed out of the stadium or knocked out cold for picking on the wrong guy, but even in retaliation crap like that is taking things way to far.

I honestly think they wouldn't, also I want a playoff match with some fire in it if we're gonna go to the West coast. Something with rivalry implications and a team I dislike, facing Vancouver after Columbus is a real sister kisser if you ask me for good playoff drama.

Wow, that was embarrassing, poor Mason. I'd say it'll be a long off season for the Blues, but I don't think many people picked them to make the playoffs this year let alone be a 6th seed. All in all a good season for the Blues, even if their playoffs where a disaster.

Blues on the PP for 4 minutes, and damn Vancouver only has one shot so far in OT but it was a good one.

Seeing the Blues/Canucks game makes me pine for a game 7 OT, easily the most exciting occurrence in all major sports. Of course the Blues are missing 3 wins for that to be happening right now.

While the PP's are starting to get a bit redundant, this game is wildly entertaining thus far. Sharks up again, 2-1.

I can see it now, after the Devils/Hurricane game ends or at least goes into overtime they'll go back to congratulating the Pittsburgh Crosby's on their win rather then show the Canucks/Blues game.
