Ha ha ha so true!

Definitely Stuart's worse game as a wing so far, he doesn;t seem ot fair well with all this line juggling.
-
Only thing that would have made that goal sweeter would be it going off of Zanon's skate.

And it begins, here comes the meltdown baby! Way to go Dats!

I'm convinced by the way they played prior to the playoffs that they were the crappiest team that made the playoff cut. I'd bet about half the teams qualifying for the playoffs this year would sweep them in round 1. Thought they might get it together for the playoffs but I was sorely wrong.

I give Nashville all the credit in the world, they're making a great battle out of this series but I think them having to waste to much energy just to make even will cost them in the end. On an unrelated note, do they I.Q. test predator fans at the door and turn them away if they score higher than 80? I swear they have the mentality of 13 year olds who just discovered their daddy's porn stash, they manage to turn everything into a "suck" chant, god I'm glad these retards have never seen round two of the play offs. Edit: made slightly nicer.

Just got back so I'm going to be watching the game now, I can see from the doom and gloom that Nashville tied it up rather than us coming back. Youg uys need ot relax, we've never trailed in this series and the only times we ever get in trouble are during 1-2 minute lapses were Nashville seems to always score even if it comes from a flukey bounce. Either way Nashville can't finish, and they'll probably play a craptacular 3rd. The games tied, we're not losing so please let's everyone relax.

Ruutu, meet Tootoo. Tootoo, meet.... oh that's a shame.
-
5 is best, gives us some rest without going rusty, and we get to advance in front of a home crowd.
-
Is this one of those player's on our team that dislike being hit? ...And for the record who actually likes being hit? Tootoo's quite the philosopher with that wisdom of his.

...And now for a more serious analysis of the game: I can't honestly see us sweeping Nashville, win it in 6 sure, but I'll stand by my original prediction of 5 I made the moment our match up became official. However i feel the game they'll most likely win will be game 4, when their backs are officially against the wall. I see Nashville dominating the first period of this game and unlike last game actually scoring though I feel they might find themselves prone to taking some very bad penalties. They've done so before and now they'll be at home, further adding to this sense of invulnerability would be Trotz trying to convince everyone the Predator's are owed something. I expect to hear heavy boo's, and also if there is going to be any fight in this series it'll happen tonight even if it's one of s***bag (Tootoo) suspension worthy surprise attacks he seems so fond of. He's a chicken hawk but I feel being at home might give him the boost needed to actually challenge someone. A lot of tonight will fringe on our power play. If we can escape the first period with a tie we'll win for sure, and in the early goings during Nashville's supernova-styled offensive attack it may be our best chance to secure scoring early on. My biggest fear is that the refs will swallow their whistles and the Preds can plateau the skill level after capitalizing on what could be an early goal during their surge. All and all I predict a 3-2 OT victory for the Wings, Franzenstein with an ugly game winner.

I'm expecting a lot of "average" play from Hasek tonight, also Nashville will continue to score with their unequaled epitome of grace and skill, as they have the past 2 games in the series. We meanwhile will eek of another "lucky" victory were the officiating will clearly be in our favor giving us a huge lift. I expect the refs to steal at least 3 goals from Nashville tonight, while placing a couple pucks behind Ellis while no one's looking as well. Our game plan should be to use our "luck" to out-shoot, out-hit, dominate the face-off circle, puck possession, and the takeaway department as we have so far this series. Why they continue to skillfully shoot from the perimeter yielding few to zero second chance scoring opportunities, screw up their transition game giving them several offsides calls, and will once again use their superior strategy to cough up turn overs in their defensive zone. I know it'll be an uphill battle from the start but with the refs on our side we should steal yet another one to make it the series 3-0. Wings 2, Preds 1 (Or Wings 0, Preds 7 in Pierre Maguire land.)

Because it was mentioned and thus worthy of a video. Also, my favorite player Zata scoring a hat trick on my birthday.

I thought it was both creative and funny, nothign wrong with that granted I think screening a goalie with your face to the puck is a lot more effective. I am however surpised a defense men didn't deck hi one for that.

Sean Avery is amazing on so many levels.

So who's doomed more? New Jersey or Boston?
-
Boston just keeps shooting themselves in the foot.

He tans really well.

I am defintely interested in seeing how Anaheim reacts to last games. Will they play less physical in fear of taking too many stupid penalties or will they resume playing the way they know best and try to step it up on the PK. I think they lose the series if they try changing their style now. As for the Montreal/Boston series, I'm trying to find a reason to care about these games. Aside from loving hockey in general this series offers nothing of interest too me. I'm rooting for Boston to make a series of it and win tonight, though I just don't feel Boston's very good and ot make matters worse Montreal has their number big time.

I for one hope he keeps digging up excuses for his teams play rather than address what's actually wrong. He is only hurting himself.
