I often pick against the Wings, oddly I'm quite often wrong. As for the real flames? Aren't they a bad away team, if so this is the real away flames. Besides you'll just say they're not playing to their potential until they win, granted if the wings lose I'll probably be thinking the same. Though on the route of predicting game outcomes I just see this one getting tied up tomorrow. Hope I'm wrong more than anything but I honestly see (as has been the trend this year) a split coming from this series and for when we go to Calgary and play. With that being said I think 2-1 is a good bet.

It's clear to me he's an idiot and not worth your time, Cleary barely grazed Kipper who obviously embelished the hit and went for a dive. Hasek does it alot unfortunately so we all know what it looks like. Phaneuf in the third used his left arm to glovehand punch/push Zetterberg in the face. I'll check out some highlight videos if I can find it.

They got the wrong guy with this one, screw severity of injury, treat suspensions based on the perpetratror's history. Hartnell does this crap multiple times a year, Radulov's no goon, he won't repeat the same mistake in the same series. Hartnell on the otherhand.... yeah way to drop the ball on this one Campbell. Though I am glad some action was taken.

Another thing to consider about booing Sid, he's 19 and this is his first trip to the playoffs. His lack of maturity could actully lead to the Boo's getting under his skin. This might just be me but I know had I been booed as a teenager in any sporting event I'd flick the crowd off and likely get pissed. Sid's obviously alot more mature then I was at his age.

I actually VHSed (yes I still live 10 years ago) last night's game but forgot to fully rewing it and missed the entire third period. Bummer me out big time, I wanted to see that 10 man-scrum again.

I'm all for this, besides I feel kind of lonely when all the Hcokey games for the night end. Not sure why, watching hockey is just like my emotional crutch

Nashville is shaming hockey, I want them to beat San Jose since I'd hate to end up playing San Jose and feel we'd smack nashville around like a flimsy tetherball (at least scoring wise.) However if they get eliminated I'd be almost as happy. One of the reasons I love watching that series so much is that I can't lose, either the playoffs are cleaned of Nashville, or one of the 3 teams I'm actually affraid of in the West gets knocked off. Also aside from Phaneuf punching Zetterberg in the head I wasn't peticularly disgusted by anything Calgary did and I respect the team as a whole. I think Calgary is, and has been a good model of what a tough team should be. Excelling at physical dominace without having to resort to cheapshots. Just hope that trend continues. Stuart shaking the ref was a bit unneccesary, though honestly I thought it was pretty funny and really at that point I feel the Flames were trying to get fired up as they seemed a little dazed out there. A thing to keep in mind about the Nash/Jose series though, they're leaving the idiot barn in Nashville and heading to the Shark Tank. Judging by the way that game ended I know San Jose's gonna grow some balls and take it to them in a way they won't be very comfortable with.
