The Leafs must be a little pissed with the team the Wings have on the ice. Sure seems a little lopsided. I'm lovin' it, but I can see how Leafs and their fans might not be so thrilled. -

This is ******* AWESOME. A little disappointed no Leafs included in ceremonial puck drop, but you can't argue with Mr. Hockey and Terrible Ted. And Vladdy..... boy, the TV screen got all blurry there for a minute. Yeah, that's it. It's the feed. -

Absolutely agreed. Growing up, Toronto was Public Enemy Number One, with Chicago a distant second. It was passed on genetically. Chicago was more of a regional rivalry since they sucked pretty hard, but Toronto, they were a deeply hated foe. There is not a happy dance big or long enough to express my joy at being back in the East.

Sorry, but a love tap doesn't concuss you. Manhandled might be a tad strong, but this was merely an example. I'm not going to totally derail this thread, but I will leave you with Gordie's elbows were legendary, yes, but he didn't use them unadvisedly. And the evolution of the game has had players focus on skill, not strength for the most part. This leads to the need for policemen.
