It is funny how Igor and Foppa started the whole fight, Mac just took advantage of the refs being occupied elsewhere and popped the turtle a good one... i never get tired of watching that game

that DVD set is awesome, I got it last christmas and it is phenominal! It has 5 of the best Wings games in recent history and has an overview of each of the past three cup runs! A must have for wings fans.

we need to play well tonight, this is the only game being played in the entire NHL tonight. Gotta show our stuff on VS. After the last 2 periods of last game, I am really excited to see if we can carry over that energy and come out flying.

I was not hooked on the Wings yet, I was only 11 so I have no memory of the game whatsoever. I have since seen it many times and agree that it is the best game I have seen, or perhaps the most memorable now that I have seen it.

as good as dom is, I would not want any up and coming goalie to watch him and try to emulate him. He has his own system, and I think any attempt at it by an outsider would be disastrous. He would be a good mentor just like Kenny Rogers is a good mentor for the tigers pitching staff, dom has been there and back, has won everything there is to win, and is not content with that... thats what drives him.

Pav, Nicky, Willy, Sammy, Malts, Cheli, Kronner, Cleary, and Johson... all on a t-shirt i got signed at the Softball game last September... Hank got to my dad right next to me but had to go get ready to play just before he got to me oh yeah, when the griffins came to play at the rink where I work last year, they all signed a stick for me, which means I have flipper, and Kopecky... rex and booter didnt play that game so they didnt sign it. Jimmy Paek also signed a blank notecard for me. For those who don't know, Jimmy Paek won the SC twice with Mario and the Pens and was the first Korean to win the SC

:violin: enough with that stuff, the wings need to control the things that they can control. If we had come out and played in the first it we wouldnt be discussing this. After the first period we came out and played the new red wings hockey. we hit, drove the net, and scored some goals. The 2nd and 4rd period were really encouraging even though we could only pull 1 point out of it. Besides, in the playoffs there is no shootout and we will be able to have Bertuzzi wearing down the opponent in the OT. Everyone take a breath, we are tied w/ nashville, and lets wait until monday.
