I seem to recall that even though the Hawks won the Cup in 2010, they then traded away a bunch of players (or they just re-signed elsewhere) and failed to make the playoffs at all in 2011. Ha. Some "powerhouse" team they are. I hope Babcock and the Wings see this and it lights a fire under their asses and they shut this guy and the Hawks fans up tomorrow. The odds may seem against us but we've beaten teams before when it looked grim. Remember when Vancouver outplayed us a few years ago and took the first 2 games against us at the Joe, and then we went back and won the next 4 straight? Remember in 2011 when the Sharks were up 3-0, and, even though we lost, we battled back from the deficit and we took them to Game 7? Don't write us off just yet.

I remember that! Man Neil used to be one of my favorites. I loved watching him get into it.

Wow... this really sucks. I'm actually pretty pissed about this. I liked Murph a lot. I feel bad for him, with it coming out of the blue like that... not fair to him at all. Hopefully he can manage to find a new job somewhere else. I'll miss him.

Oh geez, what's the big deal? It was a huge goal, he's a kid and he was excited. Nothing wrong with it IMO, as long as he doesn't do this every time he scores then why complain about it?

sooo... this is officially a deal now? We're gonna have what... two-three months of hockey before the playoffs? Should be interesting. I'm happy but not as excited as I thought I would be. I'm mostly still pissed that we missed the Winter Classic. We better get it again next year then since we got screwed.

I see where you're going with this, but unfollowing players on social media sites isn't really going to help anything. They don't make any money from updating their Twitters and Facebooks (as far as I know, anyway), they make money from fans parking their butts in the seats and buying their team's merchandise. If you really want to make the fans' voices heard, don't spend any money on anything after the lockout is over. Only real way to make a statement.

Voted for Griffins games as well, that would be great!
