I believe he faced 199 shots so far and allowed 9 goals. Kipper on the other hand have faced 255 and allowed 18 goals.

Here is my European story! I am a russian-speaking guy, who was born in, actually (!), Soviet Union, but the place where I was born end up being independent country - Latvia. I wasn't really a big fan of hockey growing up, but I always heard how great Red Wings are and how good is "Russian five". So when I came to US in 2001 I caught just Game 7 between AVS-NJD, but starting from the next season me and my roommate started following NHL games cause that was the only sport I can understand during that time (now I love Football as well). So we watched Fedorov and how he played in 01/02 then Yzerman, Shanahan and the rest of the team – and it was incredible! On the top of that Detroit won the Cup that year so that made us think that we made the right choice! I still think so! I live in Milwaukee, WI. I and friend of mine are coming to the game this Sunday. That is what type of Detroit fans we became! Andrey

My choices who I would want to see we play in the first round (in the order): 1. Dallas - looks like optimal team to play, Turco usually is not very impressive in the playoffs 2. Calgary - it is not the same team we played in 04; Kipper can still play well, but I hope not well enough to win the series 3. San Jose – scary, but possible. Nabokov is not always consistent, Toskala just returned from injury 4. Minnesota - I guess it's another Cinderella story this year I also think that if we get a strong team in the first round and it will take us 7 games to win the series - we'll have all chances to get the Cup.

Totally agree! I think another thing for Grigor is that he would want to make sure that he would be on the team (Wings), not Grand Rapids, cause in this case he'll return to play for RSL for sure.
