What a BS call on Detroit, he didn't even touch him. While Iginla was raising the roof, the puck went right by his skates. Stick on the ice would almost surely equal a goal or at least a great chance. Nice job Iggy. Overall, I'm happy the way the period ended and happy the Flames aren't losing.

I should let you guys in on a little secret. On the internet, you can in fact be in 2 places at once! So while I'm gooning it up with fellow Flames fans, I am also here discussing our series. Imagine that! And hey, I'm sure there's an ignore feature if you don't want to read what I have to say. But more posters than not actually appreciate the opposite perspective. It can be interesting.

To be fair, he did get a stick in the face moments before that incident. Accidental or not, he may have been reacting to that. Not sure. Maybe over-reacted was the wrong word. Noodles lost his Noodle.. -

You didn't, but thats the treatment I've recieved in about the last 20 minutes on here for no reason other than the Flaming C in my avatar. Seems as though Langkow is fine, afterall. But the league doesn't so much look at the outcomes of hits, knee-on-knees, etc. Rather they judge the play itself. -

Thanks for the broad stroke with the paintbrush, much appreciated. Ive shown your board nothing but respect and will continue to do so, whether or not I get sworn at or called an animal. Both players were dirty on the play. I personally thought the hit was low and late. Lebda is 5'9 and Langkow is 5'10 so the height theory can be thrown right out the window. McLennan over reacted. Where have I defended him? After games 1 and 2, I was all over Brad Stuart's case. -

Unbelievable you're making Lebda out as the victim here. They were both equally stupid. The game is a blowout, theres absolutley no need for a hit like that. Nice attempt to end the guys career. Langkow reacted, overreacted, but Jesus, that hit was vicious. -
No series has been decided yet. If Tampa wins, they play Buffalo.
