I don't agree that you don't need to have no natural ability. I have seen a ton of guys who are great athletes try and pick it up and fail at it. It does take some natural hand eye coordination as well as some athletic ability. You don't need a ton of athletic ability either to make it in the game. I was by far not the greatest athelete on my teams but i have always been one of the top players on my teams. I worked my but off to make sure i could shoot with the best of them and that i could protect my stick as well as the top players. It helped me out a ton and i did get offers to play in college. Lucky for me, i didn't have the grades need to get into any of the schools that were interested in me. Oh well. I have to say that right now i'm seeing a Cuse vs. Duke championship game. All three games next weekend should be great ones. I'm bummed that OSU got knocked off. They have made some huge strides in the last few years. I'm very happy for them. I have had the pleasure of spending some time with some of their players and coaching staff over the last couple of years. All class acts. I hope to see Cuse win but wouldn't mind seeing Duke win either. Should be a great weekend. Wish i could make it down to Foxboro and see the games. Oh well, i have to work. At least i will get to watch the games well i'm at work.

IMO, all is fine. Yes we lost one game due to a bad call wich seemed to suck the life out of our team. Then we come out and lose a second game in a row. Lets not forget that they just won 9 games in a row. I think that they are allowed to lose a couple of games here and there. So right now they are 11 and 4 in the playoffs. Not bad if you ask me. The ship will right it self and our team will be fine. Tomorrow should be a good game and i can't wait to see it. The crappy part is that i have to Tevo the game and watch it a little later. I hate having to avoid hearing the score in public when this happens. Go Wings!!

yeah i heard that that game was crazy. I planned on going but had a game that weekend up here. I did get a chance to see them play up here in the GWL tournament in Birmingham. That was really cool to see Division I lacrosse in Michigan again. I really hope that OSU can make it far in the tourney. They will have a long tough road ahead of them.

I would not be interested in sigining him. He best years are done and over with. He could be leader in the locker room but i don't think that we need that at this point. I hope that he lands with another team and gets a chance to play next year. Just hope he is not a Wing.

Yeah, i have a hard time believing this one. They guy is either a giant or those are youth sized pads. It just doesn't look legit and i hope it is not. If it is legit, then scoring will go up for sure. I also think that you will not see another shutout ever. GAA will sore and then we will start to hear Buttman complain about how there is to much scoring and that they need to focus more on defense and making the goalie pads bigger. Would love to get better pics and some more info on this one.

I would think that a blood clot in the brain would end up leading to a stroke, right? I have heard that you get a mean headache before a stroke and it can take many many hours before it fully hits. I'm not going to worry about this until it is confirmed.

what a crock of you know what. Yes maybe the butt end was uncalled for, wich i don't think it was, but by no means should it allow a player to two hand anyone the way fagbero did. I have a feeling that game three is going to be very interesting. I can't wait to see DMac on the ice tomorrow night. This should be a good one. Wow, i'm so ticked off right now that Fagbero is not having to sit any games. What crap. I didn't think that i could hate the NHL brass anymore then i already do.

I'm very impressed by what Helm has been able to do out there. I'm glad to see him playing well. I hope that he keeps it up all series long and that he has a great year next year.

DMac should beat him for this incedent alone. What a wuss. He better be sitting for a couple of games. Other wise i think that the tries to take a run Ozzie. Our bruisers, all two of them, better be looking out for him.

This is to bad, but i think that we will be OK. He has been playing out of his mind. I think that we do owe alot to him at this point. However, i think that we can still win without him. We have a ton of talent and i'm confident that someone will step up in his absent. Maybe we will see Helm get on a role. Zetters played great today and i think that he will pick up some of the slack. Dats should have had a goal today and he also played very well today. Ozzie is playing out of his mind. Our D is playing some great hockey. Sucks that the mule is out but i'm not worried. Hope he is back soon.

i still can't belive what i saw at the end of the game. He should be done for the playoffs but i know that will never happen. I would be surprised to see him get more then one game but hope he gets a couple. I don't know if he has any other incidents that might get him a lengthy suspension. None that i can think of. Anyone know of any?
