Well at this point the bigger questions is if his team is ready to give AO everything that they have to help him get into the playoffs. I think that AO has done everything and then some to try and get the caps into the post season. At some point he needs to be able to get a lot of help from his team to get him the rest of the way. God i hope that they make it this year. He has torn up the league and deserves a shot in the playoffs. To top it off it looks like it would be AO vs. the Kid in the first round. I know it would be highly unlikely but i really hope that Caps knock off the Pens.

God i miss the good old days of box lax in detroit. Great fight. I love the fact that Welsh toward over Snider and got his butt kicked. Good find and nice work on getting lax on the boarads. I have been thinking about trying to get a NCAA Lax thread up to see how many people would be interested. I think that alot of hockey fans would fall in love with lacrosse.

Well i would love to see him drop the gloves like the good old days, but i don't really think that it will happen. I don't see him getting a ton of ice but i would like to see him and Downy on a line. I would to see them go out there and wreck some people together. Again, i douby it will happen. And my final hope is that they reunite the GRIND LINE!!! That better happen.

Is anyone else watching this game? Everytime i blink a goal is going in the net. The goalies seem to be playing lazy early in the third. Some dumb mistakes and some bad give aways twere they were stranede. This is turning out to be something else. 4 - 3 PHX is leading.

Well it was not a shootout win but PHX pulled it off. What a great game that was, at least the last period and a half.

And it looks like maybe my wish is going to be come true. Let me try again. I hope that PHX wins in a shootout.

Yeah i saw it. I think it's funny that as a player he seemed very laid back and patient on the ice. As a coach he seems to be a lunatic.

It sure does!!! It also makes me wonder if maybe they have overplayed Nabby. He just seemed to be playing like he left his brain in San Jose. Some dumb plays but i guess it happens to the best of them.

I'm glad to hear that they are both suspended! That was crap. I'm all for fighting but What Roy jr. did was a bunch of crap. True bush league.

another craptaculer weekend for my picks. 8 of 18. Just when things started to look up for me.

Well it would appear that Roy Jr. is as big of a scum bag as his father. I really liked the way that he just went crazy on a guy that was clearly not going to try and fight. The poor guy could barely defend himself. Hope Roy jr. gets to sit for some time for this one.

I got into a verbal fight with a Flyers fan in the lobby of the Marriot in downtown Philly. The idiot was trying to tell me that we got lucky when we swept them for the cup. It was good fun especially when he tried to steal my luggage. He grabbed and then head for the door. Lucky for me i had several friends with me and he didn't make it far. Thats the only time i really got crap for being a wings fan. Went to Chitown for a game and wore my Stevie throwback and the fans mostly complimented my on the jersey. They were pretty cool until after the game when we came back from 2 to win the game in overtime. Then they decided they wanted to throw stuff at us. I enjoyed both of the events.

I would be for Pronger as well. Lets just keep any wing off it for next month. If we do need to have a wing on there i vote for Lillypad.

Well now i pose the following question. Do you think that he might be able to pull off 70 for the season. He has 6 games left to get 10 more. It is very doubtful, but i think that he has a shot at doing it. Regardless, i think that he should get the hart this year. He has put the Capitals on his back this season and has turned them into a playoff contender. I would love to see them in the playoffs. Seeing AO in the playoffs would be great. Not only has he turned them into a contender to make the playoffs but he has also helped to sell a ton of tickets in DC. I have been out there twice to see a game now. Once last season and once this season. First trip out there the arena was empty. They played the Rangers and there were easily more Ranger fans there then Caps fans. This season was a different story. The arena was not full but damn close to it. Seemed like more then three quarters of them had the new team jersey on and were into the game. I think he has done a lot for his team and that he deserves the hart this year. I can't really think of anyone else that should get it over him. Congrats to AO!!

I know he is suppose to be some kind of stud. I think that he is going to end up being a big time bust. I feel like he is and will continue to get to much attention by the media. He is going to be torn down for every little thing he does up to the first time he steps foot on the field were ever he ends up. He is going to need to be a very strong person mentally to put up with all of it. I don't feel like he is going to be able to handle it all.

I have no problem with us not taking home the presidents trophy. Sure it would be nice to take home some extra hardware. Unless it is big and silver with a bunch of names on it then i don't really care.
