What really is the point of this thread? I try not to look so that i don't have to post but then next thing you know i'm looking and then posting.

I leave just after we go up by a goal. Walk the dog in the freezing cold around the block and freeze by but off. Sit back down in front of my TV and we are up 5 to 2 and we are two men up. WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? At least we are up.

Hasek never should have let that one in. I don't like the signs of what is going on right now. We need to get a goal, or a big hit or a Downey fight to get some momentum fast.

I"m with you, i'm not a Crosby fan. It sucks that he is hurt and it will be interesting to see how Pens play without him in the lineup. I hope they continue to play well without him.

Oh god i pray that we finally sanp this damn losing streak. My guess, well i'm not going to take a guess on this one. Every time i do it doesn't go our way. Here is to a great game and hopefully a decent fight during the game.

I have to say that i'm kind of suprised that Lidstrom is not the captain.

I would love to see him comeback here but i agree that it wouldn't make much sense to do so. I hope he keeps playing for another couple years. He is the man IMO

Sounds like they expect him to play this weekend. Nothing major and i would imagine that he will be at the All-Star game.

I would be just fine in life if i never heard his name came up again. Is his comeback still on, or has he been injured and forced to re-retire again?

Man i think it would be nice if we could get Hossa. I have always liked the way that he plays. He can put the puck in the net and can be creative. He would be a nice guy to add into our line up. Dats - Fill - Homer Zetter - Hudler - Hossa Hmmm, i wouldn't mind seeing those top two lines. then line three could be Drapper - Cleary - Franzen Oh and what do you know. There wouldn't be sport left for Sammy. Oh darn.

Congrat on getting moved up on your seats. I was at the game and let me say you looked great on the jumbo tron. Standing one step above that little old lady made it appear as though you were 7 feet tall. I have to say that it is pretty cool that they are starting to do stuff for the fans. I would love to think that after all the complaining that has happened on this site alone helped to make this happen. I'm sure it had nothign to do with it but we can all pretend.

This has been driving me crazy ever since it was anounced that he was an all-star. I know it is more then likely just bad timing, but what the hell. He is playinng like crap and tonight was the icing on the cake for me. I don't understand what his porblem is. He gets an extra three yeras on his deal and then he decides to turn it off. Was he just playing for a contract or is he in the middle of bad luck?

I'll be heading down to the Joe tonight for this one. I'm hoping that we are able to get out of our little slump that we seem to be in and pull of a victory. My guess for the score is 5 - 2. Go Wings!!!

The bus pulls into the entrance along the Detroit river. If you are looking at the satdium from from the street you will see an entrance on the right side of the building. It is fenced and normally there are a couple of cops parked over there. From my understanding, it might be easier after the game to get some sigs. I have never tried myself, but thats what i hear. Maybe it's just me, but i think that Detroit has to bring back the throwback jersey every once in a while. I think that this is one of the coolest jersey out there. Why not wear them for our fist meeting with each of the original six teams. I think that they would look great and just be something cool that the team can do. It would help to make the original six match ups a little special. What do you guys think? Am I just crazy and this is a bad idea?

Wow, we are lucky to have him here and be able to watch him score goals like those. I love how excited he was when he scored goals in the super league. I would love to see him have that much emotion with the wings when he scores.

I'm glad to hear that he is playing well. I was thinking about making the drive up to try and see him play. I have not seen him play in some time and always use to enjoy the energy that he brought with him to the game. I'm glad to hear that he still has the energy in him and i hope it rubs off on the young guys in his dressing room. What a great opportunity for those kids to play with someone who spent some quality time in the NHL. I hope that they really take advantage of his knowledge of the game. Just wondering, how much is a ticket?

If you are talkinga bout the "candy cane jersey", then i highly recomend that you try and find one of the michel and ness ones. They are money and thats the one that i found, and it is by far my favorite jersey.
