Same here. After Fridays game and the early Saturday games i thought i was going to be lucky to break 10. I barely did with an 11 but it's better then i thought i would do. Congrats to Dominator2005 And again Aussie, thank you for putting all the time into this game. You are a good man.

I think that could be deal of the year. I wouldn't be willing to add Lebbda into that deal but would be all for throwing in Lilja in that deal. I would think that Sammy and Lilja could really bring some hockey into the Verizon center in DC. OK maybe not, but at least they would be out of detroit and we could have AO.

I would feel fine with Ozzie between the pipes next season and then putting Howard behind him. I think that Ozzie has growen up since the last time he was our ture number one keeper back in the day. He is much better at the mental game and he seems to know shooters and opposing teams a littel better then when he was here the first time. Plus i think that he is having more fun now. I think that when a player is enjoying his situation and having fun on and off the ice they play better. All for Ozzie in 08-09.

I did think that it was funny watching him lose his temper last night. I do feel bad for him because i just don't think that he is coach material. He was a great player and was so much damn fun to watch back in the day. But his team has strugled and doesn't seem to be getting much better. It must be kind of tough.

I don't think that i would jump on this one. Blake was a great player back in the day. And yes the Kings blow this year. If Blake was still a solid player, well i don't think that he would be kicking a -8 on the season and be ranked 16 on his own team. In my eyes that just means that he either A. doesn't care anymore or B. he is washed up and just can't play like he use to play. Lilja did make some mistakes over the last couple of years. And i hated him more then most people did i think. However, I do think that he is getting better with every game. He will never be a top 3 D man on any team. But i think that he is a respectable player now who has played well over this season and will be fine once we get to the playoffs.

I'm happy to see the team playing well so far. There is nothing better then watching the wings kick but night in and night out. I would much rather watch them strugle in the regular season and then dominate in the playoffs. I wouldn't mind seeing some type of losing streak in the near future. NOthing to major but a slump that will help them remember that they can still lose on any given night.

Wow, i can honestly say that i never thought that there would Lax fans up in here. I use play lax all the time. Started off with box then switched to field, since that is all that is really offered in here in the states. Love NCAA ball and NLL. MLL is kind of a joke i think. They are all about having high scoring games in hopes of drawing a crowd. HMMM, kind of sounds like another league that i follow.

Well this one is bitter sweet for me. I hate Brady. But i have to say that it's very impressive that an NFL team is able to go undefeated during the regular season. Now i just hope that they fall to the Colts in the playoffs again. Congrats to the Pats

Was that really a penalty? I guess i'm use to lacrosse and that would be considered a good play on Drappers part. I just don't see why that would have been a penalty in my eyes.

I thought that the NHL was giving the teams the option to switch material a couple of months ago. I seem to remember there being an article that the Sens were complaining so much about how much the new material sucked. Now my question, will this reduce the price of the jerseys to the fans? I thought that they were so expensive because of the bad ass new material that was going to be used on them. Now that they are not that material, well i would think that the price would be going down.

Man i hope that this does work out for Mac. I love D Mac. I have had the chance to meet him a a lot when he was playing for Detroit. I do think that he could get him self back into shape and could possibly come back to play in the NHL. I would love him to be a Wing again. Do we need him, probably not. Would it be awesome to see him wearing the Winged wheel with 25 on the back again. It sure would be. Good Luck Mac.

I would hope that any Avs fan who is really a hockey fan would have felt bad. I do feel a little bad for Joe. He seems to be a class act and i have enjoyed watching him play in the past. Just never when he was playing the wings. Hope he is able to come back, if not this year then next.

Well i would be all for, only if we could cut his pay drastically. He played great when with the Vipers and he made his home here in detroit. His family is still here and he spends his off seasons here. I have always wondered if he would play better here in detroit because he would be with his family. NOt worth the risk now.

God i would love to be able to see us play a game like that again. I still get chills when i watch that game. Now i'm going to have to put that DVD of that game in and spend the afternoon watching that game.

will my hockey wish for the NHL is to get that stupid commissioner out of his office, have him tarred and feathered and then tide to a post so we could throw things at him. OK i don't really wish that but i would like him to give up his office and admit that he screwed the league up. For myself, i would love season tickets for just one year. That would be so awesome.

I think that right now it is way to early to tell. I hope to god that this is a freak back thing for Z and he will be fine in the next couple of days and then we will never here anything about his back for the rest of his career. I'm scared about it since it has now been an issue in back to back season. If he is healthy, then it will for sure to Z. If not Z, well it's really hard to say. Dats doesn't seem like a captain to me. Could he become one in the near future, sure. We will have to wait and see on that one. Other then those two, i can't think of another player currently on the team, that i see still being here after Lids is gone, who would be the next captain.

I just hate Brady. The main reason being that he whent to U of M. I can't stand them or their fans. I wish that he would just retire allready and go away so that i don't ever have to hear about him again.
