Whoes job is it to come up with stupid crap like this? Why not just do the easy fix and shrink the goalie gear. They shouldn't F with the tradition of the game.

stupid rule. Why are they trying to ruin the game. I think that the game is fine and league needs to work on marketing the game. They need to figure out a way to to show the speed of the game on TV. They need to get national coverage on ESPN so that people can see the game learn to love it. Don't make stupid changes that are just going to ruin the game.

I was at the game and of course we left our sets and were walking to the doors at that point. That was by far the best hit of the game. Thank god Gaborik didn't land on his head and that he was OK. Great hit though.

lets be honest here for a min. Back in the day the mullet was called hockey hair was it not? You have to love anyone who can't play hockey anymore but loves the game so much that he keeps the hair from the 80s and early 90s. I think during the playoffs this year i may go with the beard and mullet.

I know it probably will never ever happen but i would much rather see AO play in detroit over Staal. IMO, I think that AO is the best two way player i have seen in some time.

I think that he can and will in a couple of years. Maybe next year if we are lucky. Babs has to start to trust him and put him on the ice a litte bit more.

Any one know if WOW cable has the NHL Network? I know i'm one of the few who get the Big Ten network on basic cable but i have not found NHL Network yet.

What a great guy. An amazin hockey player that i love getting to watch. I try and head down to DC for at least one Caps game a year and the only reason is to get a chance to see AO play. I think that it is just amazin how he reached out to that little girl and spent some good quality time with her out of the kindness of his heart. It is stories like these that need to be put out their for the world to read. Let people know just how nice and caring hockey players can be. Way to go AO. How do you feel about living in Hockey Town and playing on the greatest profesional franchise ever?
