At this point the Flames scare me. They have some big weapons who have given us problems. Kipper is also about due to catch fire and i would much rather not face him in the playoffs. I would like to see us end up as the 4 seed right now. Give us the 5 place team and let Nash do battle with the flames.

I would have to go with either Maltby or Cleary. I don't see them being productive during the playoffs and they are easly replaced in my mind. I just want to see them give Hudler a chance.

I know that Ozzie has always had a couple of the new style masks for years in his locker. about 10 years ago I got a tour of the locker room with Paul Coffey. During the tour we got see one of Ozzie’s Itech style masks. It was one of the coolest masks i have ever seen. The equipment manager at the time told he would never wear it because he has been wearing the particular bird cage mask ever since he started playing hockey. He said that he is very superstitious and didn't want to change. Ozzie is just keeping it real.

It’s too bad that these types of things happen in any sport. Right now it seems to be the only way that Hockey can get a full segment on ESPN. I hope we don't have too many more of these situations, but it does get the word out that the NHL is still here and could possibly get a couple more viewers. Lots of people out there might start watching to see something bad happen. Its like driving by an accident, almost everyone slows down to take a peak. Not exactly how the NHL should get fans but I’m sure some people might have tuned in for the first time after the Simon or Tootoo incident Great point SouthernWingsFan. I agree with 100%.

i think that we have plenty teams right now. I would much rathers see some teams go away for ever. if i had to pick a city i think that it would be in Canada. Maybe London (probably not big enough)

He has been playing with a chip on his shoulder and i love it. I think that we need to lock him up for the next couple of years. Make it happen Kenny!

I have never heard of such a thing in detroit. I would love to go. If anyone hears when it will be please post. I will do that same if i hear anything.

No Z is no good. But this team can still have a very long playoff run without him. I would much rather have him in the line up but looking at how this team is playing right now makes me feel like the team is really getting ready for the playoffs and is starting to peak. They will be fine.

I don't know if anyone caught Matlby today. He came out for the warm up and had pulled a Hudler. He was wearing the red helmet. Classic. I was trying to get a pic but somone had told him so he whent and switched helmets. It was pretty funny. I love the whites. They are the nicest uniform i have seen.

Now thats old time hockey. I love watching Joey K. going crazy on the bench. I would have loved to see him out on the ice kicking some ass in his suit and dress shoes. I bet he could have taken the entire blues bench. I miss the good old days!

I still remember watching this game. I was in High School and had to use the rest room really bad. I was trying so hard to wait but could no longer. I turned the volume up and as soon as i got in there he scored. Just my luck Great goal maybe the one goal i remember most vividly

I think Vegas would be a huge mistake. I was there in Jan and asked them to turn on the Wings vs. Avs game. They all looked at me like i was growing a third arm and had three heads. One guy even said, "you know that your in the desert right?" I just don't see hockey working in Vegas. I love Vegas and would love to be able to go to some games when i'm there but i feel like it would just fail. Pitt has to step up and make sure that they are able to keep this team. Come on, this is a potential dynasty in the making. Why wouldn't they and make sure they stay in Pitt.
