What about the fact that that fat singer also held the cup over his head? I was pretty sure, and still am, thought that you were only allowed to do that if you a part of the team/organization who won the cup. Do i have this wrong.

I'm always up for lashing out against the Lillypad. But to this point in the season i can't complain. On top of it, we are 2 games into an 82 game regular season. I'm OK if he plays crappy in the first few. He just needs to be solid in the playoffs.

He is a dirty hockey player. I would have to say the team is just a bunch of goons for the most part. They lack discipline. 07 was the perfect example of that. I guess when you captain is a whiny bastard the rest of the team follows. Lead by example is they say and Jerome is a terrible example for his team. It's a shame to, because he is a very skilled player.

Well that was just plain sloppy. The good news is that it was one game out of eighty-two. I'm not at all worried and i can't wait to see them rebound on Saturday.

I like the Sabers jersey. I have always loved the old logo and i'm a fan of the colors. I hate the Blues uniforms. Colors are nice but for some reason i hate the logo. I think they should be go back to the drawing board ASAP.

I have to say that i'm a little happy about this one. I was son angry with him when he left Detroit for the Lame Ducks.

That's awesome. I really wanted to try and make it out to see them but just didn't have the time or the funds. Probert was the guy that got me into hockey. I use to love watching him play and of course fight. After getting into the Wings i quickly become a fan of the two of them.

You have to love an honest guy that can put the puck in the net. I"m sure it wont happen often, but just think of Dats, Zetters and The Hoss on a line togeather. That should be fun to watch.

Did Boyle want out of town for some reason? I find it strange that Tampa starts working to make themselves a better franchise then they lose their best D man. Maybe he not a Melrose fan. Still not conviced that it is a done deal. If it's then i'm happy for him. I don't feel like he enjoyed the last couple of seasons he has played. I think that he is itching to get out of the states and back home. IF it is not true then it will be interesting to see if he lands any were else.

I'm surprised that the pens didn't bring him back. I thought that he did a nice job there of watching over the Kid. So do the Pens have a tough guy anymore? No more GL or Roberts. Is there somone that i'm forgeting about?

I see this year being a bad one for him. He flurished in the spotlight of LA and NY. Did OK while he was here in Detroit but really made a name for himself in the big media markets. Dallas is a good size market but is it big enough to please Avery? Will there be enough for him to do that is going to keep him out of trouble off the ice? I predict lower numbers on his stat line for the year and some kind of big media issue. Bigger then he has had before.

Never did see this one coming. I spent last weekend in Buffalo and all the locals were talking about getting him back. That they were working out all the young guys they have to make sure they are ready to play and then they wouldn't have to spend big money on other players. Chicago just got a little better. Nice move.

This was one guy that i was hoping that Detroit would pick up. I knew that it was a long shot but at least now we might be able to get that old rivalry with Colo going again. We were on the right track this past season. Tucker is just the guy to send it back to the good old days.

I have been saying for a couple of days now that Tampa is a goalie away from being the next Pens. Don't think that they have the right guy for the job but he is a pretty big upgrade from what they did have. Glad to see Kolzig sticking around for at least one more year.
