I am in and predicted a CHI-PIT finals. Talk about very disturbing, nasty, ugly, horffic, hideous, disgraceful, sad, uncalled for and whatever other descripted words one shall like to use. I am very confident on the Pen's making the SCF, however I can see Hawks getting knocked out... especially by a team that hails from Detroit City!

I'm assuming you hope the wings win lol... And if we do then we got Chicago not San Jose. We would be the lowest seed (7th) to San Jose's 6th.

Even if this was to be true you think Babs would say yeah I'm leaving... He wouldn't do that given the spot the wings are in and throw the whole team under the bus right before playoffs... He'd wait until the offseason. Classic example when players want to leave a team they always say oh I like it here and hope to sign a new contract wether that's true or not, same kind of thing with Babs. But I doubt it's true.

How crazy would it be if the deadline was April 1st? There be so many April fools trades everyone would be going crazy. You wouldn't know which trades were legit and which weren't. I think it would be hilarious! Anyways, predict 3-5 deals today... none which are huge/important significance. Even though I'd like to see some good moves!!! Com'on NHL!

It's nice to be optimistic but no way this happens. I fully expect to see no moves today for Detroit. I always was SO EXCITED for trade deadline day... Not so much anymore. Detroit as a franchise doesn't wheel and deal much anymore. It's depressing... Especially in a situation where we need to (like this year). The salary cap has but a huge damper on trade deadline day as well. I except to see only 3-5 trades today tops... And none that are of huge significance or *blockbuster* status. -

Unless hell freezes over Philadelphia would never do that trade... EVER! I would love to get Courturier but its going to cost a pretty penny for one, and for two I doubt they want big E. If they did we would have to include more in this trade.
