So when is the regular season playoffs? I'm not sure if you are watching but Bert looks like ass out there. I would rather have a guy out there with the wheels and energy that is comparable to Helm and Draper than have a useless second liner like Bert out there.

The only thing I would change is the over ripen thing for prospects. You needs guys to have speed, passion, and something to prove now a days. Having a guy like Bert at this point in his career being the teams second liner is just wrong. Those type of players are past their prime, lost the fire to compete, and are just a shadow of what they use to be. Sure they are cheap for the salary cap but they lost that edge to win a cup. Taking a chance on a rookie and give him NHL experience while we still have a strong core should start happening more often. Mursak should be getting some valuable NHL playoff experience right now and helping out. But he is watching while behind the depth charts of Miller, Mo, and Draper (Draper should be playing, he is still very competitive).

Now if only they let in Mo for Hudler and Mursak for Bert I would be happy. Considering how non-existent our depth has been I don't see why he didn't do it in game 2.

You have issues. Back to hockey the Wings did not play with heart. Only one line had any real consistent presents in the offensive zone and the only reason why they were able to look dominate in the last 10 minutes or so was because SJ started to sit back. Detroit got outplayed for most of the game and looked like they could not even keep up with SJ even after having so much rest. If anything they should looked gassed at the end, not from the start all the way well into the 3rd period. Our second line ZERO HEART, 3rd line ZERO HEART, surprisingly the 4th line ZERO HEART. They might of showed up for the PHX series but they have not showed up this series.

I for one would be shocked if there were no line up changes. Bert and Hudler are the first two that need to be switched out.

The ones I specifically called out are playing like s*** IMO. Playing average is just as bad as playing like s*** come playoff time. Average is not good enough to win.

Add him as well. The difference between Flip, Hudler, Mule and even Helm at this point compared to Datsyuk is that he is still playing like he wants to win while the others have vanished. Datsyuk is the only one besides Howard actually playing hard and looking like they give a crap. Last series top players/heroes are last series top players/heroes which does not mean crap in this new series.

Tough decisions? This team will look the same next year since the dead weight have NTCs. The only difference is that we might not have Mo, Draper, Ozzie, and Salie. Other than that you can be sure that E signs for cheap, Eaves & Miller might get signed depending on the AHL guys moving up, and if Holland has the balls to trade one of Hudler, Flip or Mule... and that won't happen. Also if Lidstrom returns or not.

Wings got outplayed very badly. This game wasn't even close if it was not for Howard and Datsyuk on that goal clear. It is funny that with 10 minutes left to play the Wings can look desperate for a goal but during the majority of the game it looks like they don't give a f***. I honestly cannot wait until we get rid of Bert, Flip, Hudler, and Homer. These guys carry the "f*** it" bug and the only way to cure it is to remove them from the team.

Pretty much if Datsyuk line isn't out there it is in our zone. Be happy you cannot see the game, you would be getting pissed by how lifeless they look.

Wings are going to have be careful when they touch Pavelski, he can sell the call to the refs really good. Not sure if we will win, we didn't try to get the second goal when we had the lead. Its SJ's to win.
