I agree but the Eaves fan that I am does not want to admit it and I want to see him get his chance on a scoring line.

I expect to see line experiments continue until another line of players start to produce with any sort of combination. The only current static pieces to a line right now are: Z-Dats- Cleary-Mo-Abby IMO Again everyone else should be expected to be moved around until another line clicks.

I do not like the pairing of Raf with Big E. That has disaster written all over it.

Outworked tonight. Canucks played the body all game long and it worked for them.

WOW cable sucks but at least we get FSN+ in HD now . Let's hope Luongo does not stand on his head like the last two goalies we faced. Vancouver can score goals when they are rolling and I think 2 goals won't cut it.

Salei is taking some dumb penalties. I expect him to fight for the 6th spot like E and Kindl when Raf comes back. E still needs some work but he is getting better. I got scared when Hall turned him inside out late in the 3rd. Oh yeah, I told you guys that putting him with Lidstrom would do him some good.

He just does not have the strength to fight for pucks along the boards plain and simple. Unless he gets more time on the PP I don't think his point production will get better being on the 3rd or 4th line. If Babs really wants to get him going put him on the point of the PP as he has a good hard shot.

So this hit gets Joe one less game then the Doan hit which was way worse. More players are going to start to embellish hits that are good. Even more are going to start playing with their heads down because they think they will be safe from this rule. Don't you remember when the new interference call was starting to be made. Every game was darn near a special teams event. -

Those are some s***ty angles of the hit in that video. -
It was a win but not a convincing win. At times we had a few bad passes and turnovers which lead to Calgary scoring chances but thank god Jimmy played good tonight along with some good defensive work at times.

...and? I'm thinking trade deadline. Having someone with a $2.8M cap hit sitting is a waste.

If Hudler does not pick it up I would hope they trade him. No reason to have a guy eating that much cap space and not performing, get a pick for him and be done with him.

They should of let Dipietro fight, maybe he would of been "injured" for the rest of the year.

People are going to start to embellish this s*** as well, just like some "high sticking" cases. A rule that was meant to help out will get taken advantage of by the divers of the league.

I rather have games that have tons of hitting and speed to it. The score does not really matter to me as a 1-0 game could be just as good as a 10-8 game.
