    Is Babcock a bad coach!?

Did anyone else catch what the full interview with Don Cherry on ESPN? I was at the mall and only caught a little bit of it mostly the end where he said Canadians should feel embarrassed. I'm not sure what his thoughts were on the game but I am sure every other Canadian would agree with whatever he said.

    Is Babcock a bad coach!?

And thats why I said in my original post that it will come with age as the true leaders will stand out then.

    Is Babcock a bad coach!?

People should know who the real leaders are on a team. Hell look at 2002 team the 3 that had the C and As were the leaders and anyone else on that team would know that as well.

    Is Babcock a bad coach!?

Canada just does not have any true leaders on their team. Who is their leader Niedermayer blah, Iginla lawl, Brodeur not so much...the only thing that is gonna get this team to be better is experience aka age. With time they are all gonna know that hard work is what is gonna get them gold not pure talent.

    Rafalski

His D play still sucks...he left Heatly all by himself which they scored on us.

2010 Winter Olympics - Canada vs United States (Group A)

Lots of big name hockey people at the game. I wonder what the conversation is between Shanny and Bowman, also Bettman's conversation.

If you can't beat them on the scoreboard...

I do understand that coaches should have control over this, but if they do it behind the coaches back, an example from the article, how is it the coaches fault. You cannot put video cameras into the locker rooms as that will just be creepy...so maybe these parents should be parents and tell their kids to stop doing it or they are out.

    Lidstrom isn't thinking retirement

idsf oidhfjdluhieojflkdfjklfj kefjuor...I could of meet Lidstrom for a split second. I remeber going to Clark Park for open skating after school was out. Go home get something to eat real quick wait till 4PM I think it was, then walk 2 minutes if that to CP for some fun. As for being on topic if he signs for $3 million less that means we can afford Hudler next season but I can see Bert (if he stays), Helm, Abby, Eaves all asking for raises which that $1 million or so left still wont be enough. Something else has to give like Maltby retiring or a pay cut, not re-signing Williams, Holmstrom with a pay cut as well.

    There's Gonna Be a Fight!

The only US person that has been annoying to me is Lindsey Jacobellis. The way she does her interviews she acts like she is gods gift to snowboarding.

    Russia makes some changes

I called it out the first game Russia played to which some people responded in the manner of "people still don't know how Pavel plays". He just did not belong on that line with the way the other 2 were playing.

NHL Rule Change Thoughts while following Olympics

I will disagree with that statement. Individual skill in the way the shootout exposes it should not win a team sport. I know I am wording it the wrong way but hopefully everyone gets what I am trying to say

Is women's hockey too out of whack?

Oh yeah, just look at that pro-league Russian team going just dominating huh That aint no pro-league there NCAA, thats a second rate one if that. I agree with Reds4life that body checking should be allowed. I see a long term fix and a quick short term fix (ready for next Olympics). The long term would count on for countries to get embarrassed/ashamed of what they put onto the ice and put money into developing their players. They might not have a chance come next Olympics but further down the road it will get tighter. The short term would be allow players from all over the world to play in the NCAA league even with their "pro" experience. Each one of those options wont be easy to do but it's better then doing nothing. Which will be bad for any lady that wants to play hockey at the Olympics.
