I would say our 3rd line center can be Williams split up Zetterberg and Datsyuk. Pretty much what stevkrause said in his forward lines but with Versteeg in for Filppula. Hell you can even put him on the 3rd line for even more depth with Williams. I think another guy who has the shoot first mind set would be better for us at this time. Franzen-Zetterberg-Holmstrom Cleary-Datsyuk-Bertuzzi Miller-Williams-Versteeg Draper-Helm-Eaves Lidstrom-Ericsson Rafalski-Kronwall Stuart-Lilja

The replay at the 32-36 second mark looks like it was shoulder then head contact. Then the one starting at 41 seconds looks different but I dont think it was a late hit like the announcer claims. These players need to stop lowering their heads down and stand up a little straighter. To me it look like that would of been shoulder to shoulder if the player did not bend down a little. EDIT: Also a a blindside hit IMHO

The way I see it Mario never really peaked out. He came close but the years he was coming close he missed games becasue of cancer and back issues.

That whole cancer thing set him back along with his back problems. I think he was on pace to break/tie the goal record and points total the year he left for 2 months for cancer treatment. I personally think if he was healthy he would of challenged Wayne's numbers.
