I feel the same also because of the big **asterisk** next to the season and stats. I had prepared myself for no hockey because a shortened season isn't a "real" season (In my opinion).

I really hope it isn't Big Bert. He's got grit (please do not start that argument) and still chips in offensively. He also looked comfortable in Homer's screening role. Sammy is... well, Sammy.

The 1995 Devils finals was worse by far compared to the 2009 Pittsburg finals. The 1995 team was due for a huge bump in the road. Things were just a bit "too" good going into the finals. Being swept was a huge punch in the gut. The Pittsburgh loss didn't hurt as much (all finals losses are soul-crushing). Whereas the 1995 finals was a choke by Detroit, the 2009 finals was a fantastic series. Being in Game 7 in the finals is always a huge fight and we got to watch a great game even though we, well, you know the result. So, my answer is the 1995 Finals vs. New Jersey.

Just put the season out of it's misery already!
