Zero effort by the Wings. Refs screw the Wings with non-calls. Tank the season already, Jesus. Get a #1 draft pick. This team has no heart. ZERO. ZIP. NADDA. Injuries aren't even an excuse, all teams have injuries across the board. This team has no talent. They need to trade most at the deadline and dismantle this team. Awesome (sarcasm) prospects like Ericsson can easily be cut, f*** trading him, who'd want him? If he isn't scoring on his own team, he's getting beat for a goal. They need to start over. No new contracts to existing Red Wings. Look for some different talent in the farm system. Keep the core of Kronwall, Zetterberg, and Datsyuk. Lidstrom is the only contract exception, obviously. Keep Backbock and MacLean. Drop McCrimmon. It just kills me to see a team I love do so terribly. There is no bandwagon here. I will still suffer through games like the rest of Detroit sports I subject myselft to. Just seeing a team that is so lacking in skill and quality, is disheartening. 25+ years as a fan and I don't think even the teams from the 1980's had this little talent and zero heart.
