I don't get it. They set the law in 2005 and then change it "one-thy-fly" in 2010... Why not to change it once again? Too bad Blackhawks din't know how it works before they traded Versteeg, Ladd, and that guys with strange surname beginning with "B".

hockey is not popular in big cities (st.petersburg, moscow) there.
-
this forward lines looks good, no doubts. However, there are a lot of questions. Burrows had a career year. Samuelsson too. Kesler is more like 3rd line center as he clearly lacks creativity. Torres is a big question mark. I would prefer Abby-Helm-Eaves instead of Hansen-Rypien-?. I would say it looks like classic Vancouver roster. Something is missing. They'll find a way to lose.

Wow, I never knew Paul had a Red Wings logo on his guitar. Is it really true? Perhaps, photoshop?

Crosby doesn't suck but he's a whiney little bitch, however.

Crosby got nothing out of this except for frustration. Did you ever played hockey? If this is the case you had to remeber those feelings when your team got owned, you, personally, lost every single battle on the ice to THAT ******* guy and even when you tried to send the message you got practically nothing out of this. This just adds to your frustration level. Perhaps this is just the mentality and Canadian players feel differently... However, I really doubt it -
Of course, no.... However, it would be nice for HOF to have a special section, for example, (one of the) best at e.g. stickhandling, defensive play, net presense, power forward position, play-off performance, etc. This would allow for bigger picture of hockey. I can think of Cam Neely (power forward), Datsyk (stick work), Gainey (defensive play, although he is in already for some reason), Claude Lemeaux (play-off), and Holmstrom/Smyth (net presence).
-
it is still allowed in the play-offs...
-
Wow. Those commentators look very unimpressed with his achievement. What's up with them? I wish they would be most enthusiastic for the best US born player ever... Oh well, perhaps those are Nashville's guys.
-
Unfortunately, this last sentence is far from reality. There are few guys that do it on a consistent basis through.

Capgeek has $1,612,123 left for Abdelkader and buffer

Trading Meech would give us 2.2. Signing Abs will leave 1.3 to sign a stay-at-home def. Personally, I would like to see what Janik may offer. 6.2 210lbs, fights, stay-at-home... What else you can ask for? -
it looks more like gamma distribution if you would add ten, eleven, twelve players That's ok. It is statistics.
-
Two predictions: 1. Zetter will score 45+ 2. Dats won't score more than 25 PS I would like to see what 6.2+ line can do: Franzen - Modano - Bert.
-
I was always wondering about that. He may looks like Teemu Selanne and then in the next shift he may lose the puck in its own zone like Aaron Downey. He may put all the effort on the ice once in the game and skip the rest. He may fight and then quickly back up from it. I do not get it sometimes. Who is (was) similar player. to mods: please add "he"

That's probably fair, except for Doughty. Lids at 40 is *perhaps* just slightly worse than Chara and Keith at their peak. He is still miles ahead of everyone else including Doughty and, for example, Boyle.
-
Chicken little? What is that? NA joke? I don't get it anyway. Hope you sounds funny, at least. Otherwise....
-
Wow!!! Could you give all your thanks to Gary expanding the league to what it now is. I'm not even arguing about Chipchuras, Huskins' and GaryNasty or NastyGary... Those do not belong to the NHL. My fault. Never imagined so many trash is carried out.
-
I'm getting tired with How. Let it be HOWE. It does not change a bit for me. Head hunting? In the new NHL? No, it does not happen. That is only one aspect I love about it. And there are only few teams that carry enforcers. Most of those are sore losers. See Edmonton, Minnesota (Am I right with spelling? Please, check it, 'cause I'm too nervous:), Atlanta, etc.
-
I didn't compare. Take it easy.
-
No. Similarly to those in NA saying FedErov, NabAkov, etc.
-
are you blind or what? Would you like Boogard headhunting Zetterberg? Boll headhunting Filppula? I'm glad NHL removed this s*** from the best game in the world.
-
It does not matter to me who is going to be inducted to HOF after Bob Gainey. Scott Stevens did have some skill, some of his hits were indeed made according to rules. PS Who is that Red Wing? Mark How? ))
-
stop this s*** already. All his "punishing" hits came from the right arm would you like me to hit you in the head? It is not hockey. It is something different.
-
Still don't understand your excitement about this guy. I'm Russian... so I always prefer skill rather than brute and stupid force. So Lids or Zubie for me rather than Stevens. That is one of the reasons I'm a fan of the Red Wings.
-
Half of his hits are late ones. Some plays scream interference...
