I like that although the PP has been dreadful nothing changes. Why is Brad Richards constantly out there? On the last PP Pulkennan was set up in front of the net. Isnt the whole point of him in the lineup for his one timer on the PP and not floating in front to tip a shot or screen the goalie? Your top goal scorer is relegated to second PP duties and as much as I like as respect Zetterberg why is he the one that's set up for one timers from the point? The pp is an utter mess and the combinations and strategies have not worked all year and yet it remains the same.

Is anyone else having an issue with the updated GameCenter app? Since the update to NHL TV the picture is off. Half of the clock in the upper left corner is cut off so I can't see the time remaining in the period.

We just got two feet of snow so I will be hunkered down watching the game. They need to build some momentum early.

Wouldn't it make a little more sense to 'gamble' a bit during overtime to try and end the game before shootout given their poor shootout record. If the D gets caught pinching and they give up an odd man rush and loose in OT is it really a big deal? The biggest disadvantage is that it will go as a Win rather than a Shootout Win in the standings for the opposition, but I'd roll the dice and take a lot of chances in OT. There were a few occasions last night where the D went for a change rather than join the rush. I distinctly recall Oullett doing that last night in OT.

My initial comment about him looking lost had more to do with several shifts after the second goal. I wasn't critical of the goals per se. I'm not sure if he wasn't tracking the puck well or not square but for a period of time he did look lost. Obviously righted the ship after the 1st.

He's been more square to the shooters this period and has settled down since the 1st.
