I've gotta say, this thread didn't turn out quite the way I had imagined.
-
Oh, I thought they looked like this:
-
I'm just gonna go out on a limb here and guess Kari Lehtonen.
-
Civic duty, eh? If you are a Red Wings transplant then you should root against your team because our fans won't support our team. Obviously, this is your fault - so it's on you to help us look better.
-
#2 is just rude.
-
Paul Mara is a man among men. Bert, Zetts, Lilja, Draper, and Cleary should have a man competition to see who be the burliest by the time this thing is said and done.
-
Sorry man, I too can appreciate the time and effort you put in - but I'm not listening to any of those. Outside of Journey, because let's face it, Journey rules. Having said that - you also asked if we had any playlists of our own.. I personally don't.

The amount of hockey knowledge on this board never ceases to amaze me. I've never even heard of Darren Banks. A little research shows him wear 56, 24, and 29 - so I wouldn't be surprised to see that he's adopted 17 now.
-
That's how I feel, too. Of course I miss all the great Wings of years past - but I'm loving this team. (with a couple exceptions)
-
This. I never understood why teams do the whiteout when their home unis are the colored ones.
-
I like this idea a lot. There are plenty of photos I've seen tiny versions of in avatars or signatures that I'd love to take a better look at!
-
The comments are just as classy. It's okay, though, because we're all stupid ******* loudmouths that deserve to get beat up and lit on fire.. apparently.
-
Trimmed today for the last time until our postseason is over.
-
Rafalski. Why not?
-
That's true. They can use his leadership qualities and his bloated contract fits right in line with their idea of how the cap works.
-
It's not, but they don't observe Daily Savings Time so for the time being, it might as well be. Glendale is currently 3 hours behind Eastern Standard Time.
-
If Williams regularly produced in a fashion that he's (rarely) shown himself capable of - then I might sign a different tune. As it stands, I'll take Draper's leadership, defensive responsibility, and skill on the draw.
-
Nashville was always a team I hated to see us draw. They always seem to play insanely hard in the post-season. I think the Hawks take it, but Nashville will definitely wear them out.
-
My guess is Crosby. Sedin has a strong case, as does Ovechkin - but Crosby exploded this year.
-
They are definitely primed to be a scary team. As with the lack of surprise that everyone else shares, a strong coach could turn this team into a force.
-
I didn't know much about Stuart when he arrived, other than he had a few other teams under his belt. I remember being really underwhelmed with our deadline acquisition of a journeyman defenseman, but I am really happy about it now. Ever since he arrived, I've thought him to be a great addition.

In related news, Rick Tocchet has been contacted by the Flyers to join the club as their 3rd goalie.

-
The first 2 rounds are also televised on Fox Sports Detroit, correct? Was living in Pittsburgh for last year's playoff run and I can't remember further back than that!
-
It's go time.
