But I’m looking for some piece of evidence that he cares more about the Tigers, which was said in a way that implies the illitch’s are making rash and uninformed decisions regarding the Wings because they are more concerned with the Tigers. People that make idiotic declarations such as a family worth billions of dollars doesn’t care about one of their major money making assets, but I assume those people are being intellectually dishonest with themselves and are just venting frustration in an irrational way.

I don’t follow anything Tiger’s related, so forgive my ignorance. But what has the Illitch family done or said that leads you to this conclusion?

Honestly, I hear every fan base make this exact complaint at some point throughout the season. It happens. I'm not sure if anyone can track down a stat of it, but my completely uninformed opinion is that there isn't a huge chasm between all 31 teams as far as giving up first/last minute goals in a period. Just depends how much you follow the league as a whole compared to a select few that can skew how much it happens to your team.

Am I missing something? What was the actual problem? It talks about concussions but my understanding was that wasn't the case, which is why they didn't disclose it as a concussion.

Why on Earth has this suspension taken so long to hand out? It's been almost 4 days now. It seems to be a fairly straight forward decision considering how it looked. Not sure why this hasn't been determined yet.

I'm still amazed at the amount of people who are out of the local area of their favorite team and refuse/are unaware of streaming games online. It takes all of 12 seconds to find a stream for games now. I live in Seattle and haven't had a problem watching a Wing's game since I moved here 18 months ago.

What is the point of the league not maximizing the amount of eyeballs that can watch the game? I can certainly understand this game not being televised nationally, but why not at least in the two markets involved?
