He wants to play in Vancouver... Look for Bieksa to get traded...
-
Let's just send offer sheet to Boll 3 years / $3M and get Brookbank or Scott and that's it...
-
I'm gonna be honest with you, it would be nice to have anybody who can drop the gloves and play regular shifts on 3rd/4th line... but I don't think we are going to get that guy... I have like a "DÉJÀ VU"...
-
It would be perfect - but he's way too big for Detroit philosophie...
-
Drake does not = Cup You are 100% right but guy named Holland is looking for Drake type of player...
-
Winchester has no skill as far as we are talking about, fighting, skating, scoring... very limited Prust = Drake
-
Shelley at $1.1M, we can expect Asham at $1.5M...
-
1a, 1b and 1c are all MW 2 can fight with HW Asham's best fighting days are behind him (Montreal era) now he looks more to score and less to fight. I would take Asham instead of Cleary - but not as 4th line as Holland is looking at... Prust > Winchester/Nystrom
-
Konopka, good at face-offs, can drop the gloves, can skate... bingo
-
Would a real gritty fighter help or hurt this team?

What a stupid comment... What's wrong with Carcillo, Asham, Lappy and Hartnell??? -
1. Clarkson 2. Thornton 3. Boll 4. Prust 5. Asham 6. Carcillo

Very sad day... Yzerman deserved to be GM... I wanted him in Detroit... Sad, very sad day... Good luck captain!!! Guess we all have new second favorite team now...
-
Tabarnak!!! On va espere qu'ils vont finir avec les Pens a soir... et que par la suite ils vont perder contre les Bruins...
-
Same story every year... BTW I hope he goes after Thornton...
-
I had a chance to see him playing... http://www.hockeysfuture.com/prospects/andrej_nestrasil Talent Analysis Nestrasil's ability to make plays at high speed allows him to surprise his opponents and catch opposing defensemen flat-footed. At 6'2 and 194 pounds, Nestrasil has decent size, but he still has some work to do in adapting to the physical style in North America and playing a more complete game.

Wow... Sorry - but who is Brad Stewart??? Dylan Mcilrath - SOLD!!!

For those who wants to trade Zetterberg for Plekanec and Price - it's simple YOU ARE STUPID... Plekanec great set-up player... This is his season so far and he was playing with Cammalleri... Plekanec is gone (he will ask for $4.5M @ 5M) Price - outplayed BIG TIME in Montreal by Halak - he's loved by "boy-lovers" so please stop this crap... BTW - Plekanec is invisible so far in playoffs... it's just stupid... -

Why you think that Hudler is going to "fix" top six forwards??? 4 years ago, our savior was: Igor Grigorenko. Couple of years ago, our savior was: Ville Leino. Now, our savior is: Jiri Hudler. Imagine in couple of years from now our top 6 forwards: Dats - Zetterberg - X Hudler - Flip - Tatar We should call Detroit The Smurfs (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Smurfs) and not Red Wings... Reason why DETROIT DOENS'T NEED HUDLER IS TATAR!!! -

Question is: "who is real Flip?" A. Flip vs Phoenix B. Flip vs San Jose - Hudler: People here are very high on Hudler... Babs isn't big fan of Hudler. How can people see him on 1st or 2nd line??? Imagine him battling with Jovanovski or Murray for puck... C'mon he's too small/weak to play on 2 top lines. We don't have very big lines in start which doesn't help either. Hudler playing on top 2 lines means that Flip will play on 3rd line. I don't know for you but I like more Flip than Hudler. - Cleary: There is no need for him - he's way overpaid ($2,800,00 for nex 3 season) for 3rd or 4th line winger and he CAN'T play on top 2 lines. I would like to see him gone. We can call him "Invisible Man"... - Bertuzzi: I would like to see him back - at $1,500,000 (I may be wrong but I think that he still gets some $$$ from Ducks buyout) and he fit nicely with either Zetterberg or Dats. - Draper: Finished - thanks for everything. Trade Hudler (bad thing is that he right now his trading value is ZERO) and Cleary for cap space (draft picks). FORWARDS: $31.1M 1st line ($11.7M) Flip ($3M) - Dats ($6,7M) - Homer ($2M) 2nd line ($11.4M) Franzen ($3,9M) - Zetterberg ($6M) - Bertuzzi ($1.5M) 3rd line ($3.7M) Eaves ($.8M) - Abdelakader ($.875M) - "X" (approx $2M) 4th line ($3.6M) "Toughness" (approx $1M) - Helm ($.875M) - Torres($1.75M) Miller/Nichol ($.700M) "X": Afinogenov ($1M) Artyukhin ($1M) Armstrong ($2M) Ladd RFA ($2.25M) Toughness: S. Thornton ($.700M) BEST ENFORCER Carcillo RFA ($.9M) Clarkson RFA ($1M) Boll RFA ($.850M) Prust RFA ($.500M) Asham ($.650M) DEF: ($20.5M) Lidstrom ($5M) - Rafalski ($6M) Stuart ($3.75M) - Kronwall ($3M) Ericsson ($.9M) - Foster ($1M) Kindl ($.883M) Wish list: Boychuk RFA ($1M) With Foster you have big def with right hand shop for 2nd PP unit. Goalies: ($2.132M) Howard ($.716M) Osgood ($1.416M) -
Get well Matt. You are in our thoughts and prayers. This one is for you man!!!
-
Why would you want Lilja back??? I say go after R def who can play on 2nd PP unit. Boychuk would be GREAT addition to this team.
