I believe this thread is a little too bloated. It's very easy to figure out...Stop Crosby and Malkin and we win, plain and simple. The Penguins are not a TEAM...they are 2 young and cocky superstars...that, my friends, does not win you the Stanley Cup. -

i hope the days of bringing old players into our system is over. We have so much talented youth fighting for spots on the team, it's downright silly! I agree with previous posts...Osgood is the man we need and as for a backup, we need YOUTH!

I would say play him in Game 2 or 3 simply because there will be a "freshness factor", but otherwise I think he's smart enough to understand that you don't tinker with a good thing.
